【摘要】:廣東省深圳市南山區(qū)后海小學面對"云管理"的挑戰(zhàn),通過結構化思考,構建多元、共享的教育新生態(tài)。一是準確定位,構筑"云"上的辦學理念;二是系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃,搭建暢通無阻的"云平臺";三是細節(jié)管理,讓師生"會用""用好""云平臺"。面對"云課堂"的挑戰(zhàn),通過精耕細作,培育具有現(xiàn)代意識、學科水準、專業(yè)精神和教育情懷的"云時代"的達人教師。面對"云學校"的挑戰(zhàn),立足未來教育,培養(yǎng)信息時代的主人。
[Abstract]:Facing the challenge of "cloud management", Houhai Primary School in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, through structured thinking, constructs a new educational ecology of diversity and sharing. One is to accurately locate and construct the idea of running a school on "cloud"; the other is to plan systematically. Build an unhindered "cloud platform"; third, manage details so that teachers and students "use" "cloud platforms" and "cloud platforms". In the face of the challenges of "cloud classrooms," they cultivate a modern sense of consciousness and discipline standards through intensive cultivation. In the face of the challenge of "cloud school", the teachers of the "cloud age" with professional spirit and educational feelings should base themselves on the future education and cultivate the master of the information age.
