【摘要】：少年兒童組織認同指少年兒童以少先隊員的身份定義自己,認同少先隊理念及文化,對少先隊組織產(chǎn)生義務感、歸屬感和依賴感,并自覺形成相應的行為或行為傾向,自覺踐行少先隊組織規(guī)范的狀態(tài)性結果及形成過程。培養(yǎng)少年兒童的組織認同,應強化少年兒童組織群體身份認知,增強少先隊員角色知覺敏感性;強化少年兒童組織心理授權,增強自主管理的實踐體驗;加強少先隊活動文化建設,為少年兒童創(chuàng)設施展抱負的行動平臺。
[Abstract]:Children's organization identity means that children define themselves as Young Pioneers, identify with the concept and culture of the Young Pioneers, and create a sense of obligation, belonging and dependency to the Young Pioneers Organization. And consciously form the corresponding behavior or behavioral tendency, consciously practice the Young Pioneers organizational norms of the state of the results and the formation process. To cultivate the organizational identity of children, should strengthen the organizational identity of children. Enhancing the sensitivity of Young Pioneers' role perception; Strengthen the children's organization psychological authorization, strengthen the practice experience of independent management; Strengthen the cultural construction of Young Pioneers' activities and create an action platform for young children to display their ambitions.
