【摘要】：長期以來,大多數(shù)教師只把自己看作是課程被動的執(zhí)行者,影響了教師課程領導力的發(fā)揮,不利于教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展以及新課改的深入推進。小學教育是基礎教育的重中之重,而小學教師是促進基礎教育發(fā)展的中堅力量,因此,小學教師課程領導力亟需關注。以R學校為個案,采用訪談法、課堂觀察法,對校長與教師進行了較為深入的質性研究,分析R學校教師課程領導力的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題與影響因素,在此基礎上提出相關的對策與建議,以期促進該學校教師課程領導力的發(fā)展。文章由四大部分組成:第一部分是緒論部分。主要介紹了問題提出、文獻綜述、研究意義、核心概念、研究思路與方法。第二部分是R小學教師課程領導力的調(diào)查分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)教師在課程設計力、課程開發(fā)力、課程實施力、課程評價力四方面都需提升。第三部分從學校和教師兩個方面分析影響因素。第四部分從學校和教師兩個視角提出提升小學教師課程領導力的對策與建議,學校要重視教師課程領導力的培養(yǎng),教師要優(yōu)化教學設計、推進校本課程開發(fā)、開展教研活動、注重多元化評價以提升課程領導力。
[Abstract]:For a long time, most teachers only regard themselves as the passive executors of curriculum, which affects the exertion of teachers' curriculum leadership. Primary education is the most important part of basic education, and primary school teachers are the backbone force to promote the development of basic education. Primary school teachers' curriculum leadership needs urgent attention. Taking R school as a case, using interview method and classroom observation method, this paper makes a more in-depth qualitative research on principals and teachers, and analyzes the present situation of R school teachers' curriculum leadership. Existing problems and influencing factors, on the basis of this, put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. This article is composed of four parts: the first part is the introduction part. It mainly introduces the questions, literature review, research significance, core concepts. The second part is the investigation and analysis of curriculum leadership of R primary school teachers, which finds that teachers have the ability of curriculum design, curriculum development and curriculum implementation. The third part analyzes the influencing factors from school and teacher. Part 4th puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the curriculum leadership of primary school teachers from the perspectives of school and teacher. The school should pay attention to the cultivation of teachers' curriculum leadership, teachers should optimize the teaching design, promote the school-based curriculum development, carry out teaching research activities, and pay attention to the diversified evaluation in order to promote curriculum leadership.
