【摘要】：小學(xué)階段是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣的最佳時(shí)期,籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)符合小學(xué)生身心發(fā)展規(guī)律,能夠培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的身體素質(zhì)和健康心理。因此,本文對(duì)南陽(yáng)小學(xué)籃球教學(xué)方面存在問題的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,找出改進(jìn)方法,為南陽(yáng)小學(xué)籃球教學(xué)的提出改進(jìn)的意見,從而提高小學(xué)籃球教學(xué)的質(zhì)量。本文通過對(duì)南陽(yáng)市的十五所小學(xué)的30名體育老師,450名五年級(jí)學(xué)生。采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)南陽(yáng)小學(xué)籃球的情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,找出其中對(duì)小學(xué)籃球開展的影響因素。并得出以下結(jié)論:1.體育教師男女比例失衡,小學(xué)教師學(xué)歷職稱總體偏低,專業(yè)過于集中,教師培訓(xùn)情況參差不齊。2.籃球場(chǎng)地設(shè)施是制約學(xué)校開設(shè)籃球課程的重要因素。3.家長(zhǎng)對(duì)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)認(rèn)知不足,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)壓力過大。4.教學(xué)內(nèi)容不規(guī)范,沒有統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),籃球課程教材良莠不齊,教學(xué)時(shí)數(shù)制約籃球教學(xué)效果,缺乏良好的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。5.安全因素是籃球課程開展的面臨的困難,學(xué)生的安全問題,是學(xué)校在開設(shè)籃球課程是首要考慮的因素。從以上影響因素,為南陽(yáng)市提出以下建議1.優(yōu)化體育教師師資結(jié)構(gòu),提高體育教師在學(xué)校地位,引進(jìn)高學(xué)歷人才,改善體育教師職稱偏低現(xiàn)象,規(guī)范教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)制,保障教師權(quán)益。2.以學(xué)習(xí)興趣編班緩解場(chǎng)地器材壓力,提高學(xué)習(xí)效率,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。3.開設(shè)校園聯(lián)賽豐富校園文化,推廣小學(xué)聯(lián)賽,提高家長(zhǎng)對(duì)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的認(rèn)知情況。4.明確教學(xué)目標(biāo),規(guī)范教材,合理分配籃球教學(xué)時(shí)間,運(yùn)用合適小學(xué)生的教學(xué)方法,完善籃球教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。5.安全責(zé)任明確劃分,和保險(xiǎn)公司簽署協(xié)議,家長(zhǎng)同意購(gòu)買學(xué)生意外傷害險(xiǎn),把風(fēng)險(xiǎn)損失最小,加強(qiáng)小學(xué)生自我保護(hù)意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Primary school stage is the best time to cultivate students' sports interest. Basketball matches the law of pupils' physical and mental development, and can train students' good physical quality and healthy psychology. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of basketball teaching problems in Nanyang primary school, finds out the improvement methods, and puts forward some suggestions for improving basketball teaching in Nanyang primary school. In order to improve the quality of basketball teaching in primary schools. This paper through the 15 primary schools in Nanyang 30 physical education teachers in the fifth grade students. The use of literature, questionnaire, interviews. Mathematical statistics, the investigation and analysis of the situation of primary school basketball in Nanyang, find out the influence factors on the development of primary school basketball, and draw the following conclusions: 1. The imbalance between male and female sports teachers. Primary school teachers' academic titles are on the low side, majors are too concentrated, teachers' training situation is uneven .2.Basketball ground facilities is an important factor restricting the opening of basketball courses in schools. 3. Parents do not know enough about basketball sports. The teaching content is not standardized, there is no unified standard, basketball course teaching materials are mixed, teaching hours restrict the basketball teaching effect. Lack of a good evaluation standard .5.Safety factors are the difficulties of basketball curriculum development, the safety of students is the primary consideration of the school basketball curriculum. From the above factors. For Nanyang City to put forward the following recommendations: 1. Optimize the structure of PE teachers, improve the status of PE teachers in schools, introduce high-educated talents, improve the phenomenon of low professional titles of PE teachers, standardize teacher training mechanism. 2. To protect the rights and interests of teachers .2. to arrange classes with interest in learning to relieve the pressure of site and equipment, to improve learning efficiency, to improve teaching quality .3. to set up campus league matches to enrich campus culture and promote primary school leagues. Improve parents' cognition of basketball. 4. Make clear teaching objectives, standardize teaching materials, allocate basketball teaching time reasonably, and use appropriate teaching methods of primary school students. Perfect basketball teaching evaluation standard .5.The safety responsibility is clearly divided, and insurance company signed an agreement, parents agreed to buy student accident injury insurance, the risk of loss minimum, strengthen the awareness of self-protection of primary school students.
