越南不同水平羽毛球選手跳殺動作的力學(xué)分析與專項力量訓(xùn)練干預(yù)的實證研究

研究目的:探討專項力量素質(zhì)在羽毛球正手跳殺動作中的作用,通過分析跳殺過程中上肢、軀干、下肢的發(fā)力特點及影響技術(shù)動作的關(guān)鍵因素,構(gòu)建羽毛球正手跳殺動作效果的客觀評價指標(biāo)體系;并通過6個月專項力量訓(xùn)練干預(yù)前后正手跳殺動作主要參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律尋找兩者間的相互關(guān)系,以期為羽毛球?qū)m椉夹g(shù)教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練水平的提高提供實驗依據(jù)和理論支撐。研究方法:研究分為三個階段。第一階段:采用問卷法和訪談法對64名羽毛球教師、教練進行調(diào)查,了解評價羽毛球運動員專項力量素質(zhì)的指標(biāo)和發(fā)展專項力量的系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練方法,為后期篩選評價羽毛球跳殺動作效果的測試指標(biāo)及構(gòu)建專項力量的系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練方法奠定基礎(chǔ)。第二階段:選取12名越南國家級羽毛球運動員及6名羽毛球?qū)m棿髮W(xué)男生作為研究對象,通過圖像分析法對其技術(shù)動作進行分析,測試相應(yīng)的運動學(xué)參數(shù)和動作技術(shù)參數(shù),并將力量素質(zhì)水平測試指標(biāo)與跳殺后球飛行速度等參數(shù)進行相關(guān)研究,明確影響羽毛球跳殺動作效果的關(guān)鍵因素。第三階段:選取20名羽毛球?qū)m棿髮W(xué)生隨機分為2組,對照組和實驗組各10人,采用發(fā)展專項力量素質(zhì)的34項系統(tǒng)練習(xí)和Nautilus健身器材對實驗組進行6個月的專項力量訓(xùn)練,每周2次。對照組采用...
