【摘要】：足球運(yùn)動(dòng)由于其技術(shù)動(dòng)作多、復(fù)雜程度高、對(duì)抗性強(qiáng)、變化多的自身特點(diǎn)而成為世界上最受人們歡迎的、迄今為止在全球范圍內(nèi)開展最為廣泛的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目之一。隨著其競(jìng)技程度和觀賞程度的提高，世界各國(guó)的足球水平都在不斷提高，而學(xué)校是培養(yǎng)足球后備人才的地方，所以，近年來世界各國(guó)都在不斷大力發(fā)展校園足球運(yùn)動(dòng)。 我國(guó)的足球運(yùn)動(dòng)水平整體發(fā)展較弱，校園足球的發(fā)展情況較差。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、觀察法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等，從山西省獨(dú)立學(xué)院足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的師資現(xiàn)狀、山西省獨(dú)立學(xué)院足球教學(xué)課程開展現(xiàn)狀、山西省獨(dú)立學(xué)院足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的課外活動(dòng)開展現(xiàn)狀以及影響山西省獨(dú)立學(xué)院足球運(yùn)動(dòng)開展的因素四方面著手，選取太原理工大學(xué)現(xiàn)代科技學(xué)院、山西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)信息學(xué)院、山西大學(xué)商務(wù)學(xué)院、山西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)華商學(xué)院4所獨(dú)立學(xué)院的學(xué)生和足球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究，通過研究得出以下結(jié)論： 1.目前，山西省獨(dú)立學(xué)院中教師學(xué)歷、職稱、專業(yè)程度等普遍較低。具有本科學(xué)歷和助教職稱的足球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)教師占絕大多數(shù)，而具有碩士學(xué)歷和講師以上職稱的教師則為數(shù)不多，學(xué)歷和職稱普遍較低，教師應(yīng)進(jìn)一步提升其學(xué)歷層次。 2.山西省獨(dú)立學(xué)院足球理論課程開設(shè)不夠充分，，足球理論教材不夠規(guī)范，影響了學(xué)生對(duì)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的理解和把握。 3.山西省獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生選擇參加足球課的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)不統(tǒng)一，足球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)教師沒有起到應(yīng)有的榜樣作用，最終影響了山西省獨(dú)立學(xué)院足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開展。 4.山西省獨(dú)立學(xué)院中各學(xué)院足球代表隊(duì)的組建、訓(xùn)練、比賽情況整體不容樂觀。足球社團(tuán)或協(xié)會(huì)組織定期都會(huì)定期組織一些與足球有關(guān)的比賽和活動(dòng)。這說明足球運(yùn)動(dòng)在學(xué)生群體中具有一定的影響力。但是，自2014年9月份起，各獨(dú)立學(xué)院都上調(diào)了學(xué)費(fèi)，給學(xué)生帶來了不小的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。 5.山西省各獨(dú)立學(xué)院相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)部門對(duì)足球工作重視程度不高，對(duì)足球工作的管理開展存在一定的問題，從而影響足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開展。 6.山西省各獨(dú)立學(xué)院中足球場(chǎng)地和足球器材設(shè)施的配備不完善。導(dǎo)致了足球隊(duì)訓(xùn)練、足球課的教學(xué)、課外活動(dòng)三者之間因場(chǎng)地問題而發(fā)生沖突。
[Abstract]:Football has become one of the most popular sports in the world because of its own characteristics of many technical movements, high complexity, strong antagonism and many changes. So far, it has carried out one of the most extensive sports in the world. With the improvement of its competitive degree and viewing degree, the football level of all countries in the world is constantly improving, and the school is the place to train football reserve talents, so in recent years, all countries in the world are vigorously developing campus football. The overall development of football in China is weak, and the development of campus football is poor. By using the methods of literature, interview, observation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper selects the College of Modern Science and Technology of Taiyuan University of Technology from four aspects: the present situation of football teachers in Shanxi Independent College, the present situation of football teaching courses in Shanxi Independent College, the present situation of extracurricular activities of football in Shanxi Independent College and the factors affecting the development of football in Shanxi Independent College. Students and football teachers from 4 independent colleges of Shanxi Agricultural University, Business College of Shanxi University and China Business College of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics are investigated and studied. The following conclusions are drawn through the study: 1. At present, the teacher education, professional title, professional level and so on in Shanxi Independent College are generally low. Football special teachers with bachelor degree and assistant teaching title account for the vast majority, while few teachers with master's degree and lecturer title or above, their academic qualifications and professional titles are generally low, teachers should further improve their academic level. two銆
