【摘要】：為推動(dòng)我國(guó)體育治理體系和治理能力的現(xiàn)代化,有必要對(duì)國(guó)外成功的體育治理經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行借鑒。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,對(duì)德國(guó)大眾體育治理的特點(diǎn)、產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)力和運(yùn)行機(jī)制深入分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):德國(guó)體育治理是以地方自治為核心的多元化治理主體參與、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的治理結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)用民主化、法制化的治理方式和手段,有效地促進(jìn)了德國(guó)大眾體育的良性運(yùn)行和發(fā)展。在對(duì)德國(guó)體育治理成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際情況,提出建立適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的大眾體育治理體系的基本思路。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the modernization of sports governance system and ability in China, it is necessary to draw lessons from the successful experience of sports governance in foreign countries. By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the characteristics, motive force and operation mechanism of German mass sports governance. It is found that German sports governance is the participation of diversified governance subjects with local autonomy as the core, the networked governance structure and the use of democratic and legalized governance methods and means. It has effectively promoted the benign operation and development of German mass sports. Based on the analysis of the successful experience of German sports governance and the actual situation of our country, this paper puts forward the basic ideas of establishing the mass sports governance system suitable for the national conditions of our country.
