【摘要】：通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、錄像觀察和專(zhuān)家訪(fǎng)談等方法,以中外優(yōu)秀技巧啦啦操成套動(dòng)作的編排發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)作為研究對(duì)象,查閱2014年版國(guó)際啦啦操聯(lián)合會(huì)啦啦操競(jìng)賽規(guī)則,旨在分析規(guī)則引導(dǎo)技巧啦啦操項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的方向,對(duì)世界技巧啦啦操編排發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)、我國(guó)技巧啦啦操的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及與世界先進(jìn)水平的差距進(jìn)行了探討,結(jié)論如下:1.當(dāng)今世界技巧啦啦操主要朝著單底座托舉和三層金字塔方向發(fā)展,動(dòng)作的銜接串聯(lián)難度由單一的空翻和轉(zhuǎn)體向復(fù)合軸空翻發(fā)展;2.在"一校一球一操"的戰(zhàn)略背景下,啦啦操普及得到了飛速的發(fā)展,但技巧啦啦操成套動(dòng)作編排仍與世界先進(jìn)水平存在一定的差距,且存在著托舉動(dòng)作穩(wěn)定性和難度的不足、金字塔的動(dòng)作編排較為單一、動(dòng)作的銜接串聯(lián)過(guò)于
[Abstract]:Through the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, video observation and expert interview, this paper takes the present situation and trend of the arrangement and development of excellent cheerleading exercises at home and abroad as the research object, and refers to the 2014 edition of the rules of the cheerleading competition of the International cheerleading Federation. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the direction of the development of skillful cheerleading projects guided by rules, and to discuss the development trend of skillful cheerleading in the world, the present situation of the development of skillful cheerleading in our country and the gap with the advanced level of the world. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Nowadays, the skillful cheerleading exercises in the world are mainly developing in the direction of single base lift and three-layer pyramid, and the connection and series difficulty of action develops from a single somersault and rotating body to a compound axial somersault. 2. Under the strategic background of "one school, one ball and one exercise", the popularization of Laikao exercises has been developed rapidly, but there is still a certain gap between the arrangement of skillful cheerleading exercises and the advanced level in the world, and there are shortcomings in the stability and difficulty of lifting movements. The action arrangement of pyramids is relatively simple, and the connection and series of actions is too much.
