山東省休閑體育專業(yè)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:專業(yè)為培養(yǎng)不同行業(yè)所需要的人才提供了一個(gè)良好的平臺(tái),專業(yè)建設(shè)在一定程度上不僅為高等教育的改革起了一定的推動(dòng)作用,而且對(duì)教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起了促進(jìn)作用?茖W(xué)、合理地設(shè)立專業(yè),對(duì)于發(fā)展中國(guó)家來說很有必要,這既是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然要求,也是提高高校辦學(xué)質(zhì)量和效益、保持教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力。隨著我國(guó)各方面經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,人民的生活水平和質(zhì)量也有了極大的提高,越來越多的人開始追求更高品質(zhì)、更健康的生活方式,在這樣的條件下,休閑體育就自然而然地產(chǎn)生。然而,目前我國(guó)從事休閑體育的專業(yè)人才卻非常的少,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足行業(yè)的需求。因此,休閑體育專業(yè)建設(shè)問題的研究對(duì)高校體育專業(yè)的建設(shè)和改革具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法,對(duì)山東省開設(shè)休閑體育專業(yè)的山東體育學(xué)院、曲阜師范大學(xué)、青島科技大學(xué)三所院校休閑體育專業(yè)建設(shè)情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,對(duì)休閑體育專業(yè)建設(shè)的影響因素進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了休閑體育專業(yè)建設(shè)的建議和對(duì)策。研究表明:1、山東省各院校休閑體育專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)具有差異性和共同性;專業(yè)方向的設(shè)置結(jié)合社會(huì)需求,在培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的前提下各具特色;在課程設(shè)置方面根據(jù)學(xué)校自身?xiàng)l件,圍繞各學(xué)校的專業(yè)方向開設(shè)了理論必修課、技能必修課、選修課、實(shí)踐課;休閑體育專業(yè)的教師多數(shù)沒有經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)而是從事其他專業(yè)教學(xué)的教師;實(shí)踐教學(xué)的安排根據(jù)學(xué)校條件、學(xué)生情況結(jié)合社會(huì)需求,各不相同;雖然各院校在招生人數(shù)上逐年增加,但仍不能滿足市場(chǎng)需求;場(chǎng)地設(shè)施的建設(shè)受經(jīng)費(fèi)的影響不完善。2、山東省各院校休閑體育專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)都要求學(xué)生掌握能夠從事休閑體育教學(xué)服務(wù)與指導(dǎo)、休閑賽事策劃、設(shè)計(jì)與組織等相關(guān)工作;專業(yè)方向的設(shè)置重理論輕技能;課程設(shè)置與學(xué)生需求度不一致。3、影響休閑體育專業(yè)建設(shè)的因素主要有場(chǎng)地設(shè)施、師資力量、課程設(shè)置、招生規(guī)模、經(jīng)費(fèi)限制、市場(chǎng)需求,在上述因素中場(chǎng)地設(shè)施的不完善影響教師進(jìn)行教學(xué);師資力量匱乏影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)和運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的訓(xùn)練程度;課程設(shè)置影響學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的要求;經(jīng)費(fèi)限制和市場(chǎng)需求通過影響場(chǎng)地建設(shè)、教師教學(xué)和課程設(shè)置來影響專業(yè)建設(shè)。4、山東省休閑體育專業(yè)建設(shè)應(yīng)調(diào)整人才培養(yǎng)模式,完善目標(biāo)培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃;優(yōu)化教學(xué)資源配置,不斷完善教學(xué)設(shè)施;明確專業(yè)發(fā)展方向,建設(shè)合理的課程體系;不斷增強(qiáng)師資力量;加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)方面的建設(shè);增加經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,創(chuàng)新專業(yè)特色。
[Abstract]:Specialty provides a good platform for training talents needed in different industries. To a certain extent, professional construction not only promotes the reform of higher education, but also promotes the sustainable development of education. It is necessary for developing countries to set up specialty scientifically and reasonably, which is not only the inevitable requirement of economic and social development, but also the internal motive force to improve the quality and benefit of running schools and maintain the sustainable development of education. With the rapid economic development in all aspects of our country, the standard of living and quality of life of the people have also been greatly improved, and more people have begun to pursue higher quality and healthier lifestyles under such conditions. Leisure sports naturally come into being. However, at present, our country engaged in leisure sports professionals are very few, far from meet the needs of the industry. Therefore, the research on the construction of leisure sports specialty is of great theoretical and practical significance to the construction and reform of physical education specialty in colleges and universities. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to establish the Shandong Institute of physical Education, Qufu normal University, which is a major of leisure sports in Shandong Province. This paper investigates the construction of leisure sports specialty in three universities of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, analyzes on the influencing factors of the construction of leisure sports specialty, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of leisure sports specialty. The research shows that: (1) the training objectives of leisure sports professionals in Shandong Province are different and common, the setting of the specialty direction combines the social needs and has its own characteristics under the premise of the training objectives; According to the school's own conditions, the required courses of theory, skills, electives and practice courses have been set up around the major direction of each school in the aspect of curriculum design. Most teachers of leisure sports major are teachers who are engaged in the teaching of other specialties without systematic professional study, and the arrangement of practical teaching is different according to the conditions of the school, the situation of the students combined with the needs of the society. Although the enrollment of colleges and universities increases year by year, but still can not meet the market demand; The construction of venues and facilities is not perfect under the influence of funds. (2) the training objectives of leisure sports majors in Shandong Province require students to master the related work such as teaching service and guidance of leisure sports, planning of leisure events, design and organization, etc. The setting of professional direction emphasizes the theory rather than the skill; 3, the main factors affecting the construction of leisure sports major are venue and facilities, teachers, curriculum, enrollment scale, funds limit, market demand, and so on. In the above-mentioned factors, the imperfection of the facilities affects the teachers to carry on the teaching; The lack of teachers affects the training degree of students' learning knowledge and sports items, and the curriculum arrangement affects the students' requirements for learning. The limit of funds and market demand affect the construction of specialty by affecting the construction of venue, teachers' teaching and curriculum. (4) the construction of leisure sports specialty in Shandong Province should adjust the training mode of talents and perfect the target training plan; Optimize the allocation of teaching resources, constantly improve the teaching facilities, clarify the direction of professional development, build a reasonable curriculum system, constantly strengthen the strength of teachers, strengthen the construction of practical teaching, increase the investment of funds, innovation of the characteristics of the major.
