【摘要】：人口的老齡化是一個世界性的難題,就全世界角度而言都不可逆轉。中國人均壽命已經達到了一個很高的均值,關于老齡化的問題一直伴隨左右,隨著老齡化社會程度加深,中老年人的健康問題一直是困擾社會的主要問題,主要集中在晚年生活品質和健康狀況方面。衰老是不可逆過程,但通過有效手段,可以減緩過程。因此,健康老齡化概念被提出,而對健康老齡化最有助意的莫過于體育鍛煉。中老年人鍛煉,需要合理的鍛煉計劃,結構完善的飲食安排,科學的動作指導和項目選擇,這就是需要體育社會指導員更多的參與進來,在專業(yè)高效的指導下,提高我國老人健康水平。本文從中老年人健身需求為出發(fā)點,探索一種滿足中老年人健身需求的社會體育指導員的培養(yǎng)途徑。本文通過文獻資料法,調查法和數理統(tǒng)計等方法對豫北地區(qū)中老年人的健身狀況,社會體育指導員的現狀及培養(yǎng)途徑和方法進行了深入的研究。研究結果顯示:(1)豫北地區(qū)中老年人有較強的體育活動意識和參與意識,參加體育健身活動呈現多樣化的趨勢,但一些新興的適合中老年人體育鍛煉的項目開展不普及;影響中老年人體育鍛煉的因素主要是體育活動場所不足,對體育健身缺乏有效的指導和社區(qū)組織不健全等。(2)豫北地區(qū)社會指導員不僅數量不足,而且他們的業(yè)務能力和水平有待進一步提高;從其組成結構方面,男性多于女性,并呈現老年化趨勢,農村體育社會指導員數量明顯低于城市。(3)豫北地區(qū)社會體育指導員應具備教學培訓能力、組織管理能力以及健身咨詢能力。通過高校和政府教育培訓機構對社會體育指導員從理論知識、技術技能和服務意識等方面著手全方位進行培訓和培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The aging of the population is a worldwide problem that is irreversible from a global perspective. Life expectancy in China has reached a very high average. The problem of aging has always been around. With the deepening of the aging society, the health problem of the middle-aged and the elderly has been the main problem puzzling the society. It mainly focuses on the quality of life and health in old age. Aging is an irreversible process, but it can be slowed down by effective means. Therefore, the concept of healthy aging has been proposed, and the most helpful to healthy aging is physical exercise. Exercise for the middle-aged and the elderly requires a reasonable exercise plan, a well-structured diet, scientific movement guidance and project selection, which requires more participation of sports social instructors, with professional and efficient guidance. Improve the health of the elderly in China. From the point of view of the fitness needs of the middle-aged and the elderly, this paper explores a way to cultivate the social sports instructors to meet the fitness needs of the middle-aged and the elderly. Through the methods of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a deep study on the fitness status, the current situation of social sports instructors, and the ways and methods of cultivation of middle-aged and elderly people in northern Henan Province. The results show that: (1) the middle-aged and elderly people in the north of Henan Province have a strong sense of physical activity and participation consciousness, and participate in sports fitness activities show a diversified trend, but some new items suitable for physical exercise of middle-aged and old people are not popularized; The main factors influencing physical exercise of middle and old people are lack of physical activity, lack of effective guidance to physical fitness and unsound community organization, etc. (2) the number of social instructors in northern Henan is not only insufficient, Moreover, their operational capacity and level need to be further improved; In terms of composition structure, male is more than female, and the number of rural sports social instructor is obviously lower than that of city. (3) the social sports instructor in north Henan should have the ability of teaching and training. Organizational and management skills and fitness consulting skills. Through colleges and universities and government education and training institutions to social sports instructors from the theoretical knowledge, technical skills and service awareness and other aspects of all-round training and training.
