【摘要】：近年來我國青少年體質(zhì)連年下降,家長逐漸意識到這一問題的嚴(yán)重性,在為孩子選擇輔導(dǎo)班的同時,開始考慮為孩子報名體育類輔導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)�；@球運(yùn)動是我國普及率最高的體育項目之一,蘇州市擁有非常好的籃球氛圍,部分體育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)開設(shè)了青少年業(yè)余籃球培訓(xùn)項目。每到周末和假期,蘇州市籃球場館隨處可見各種籃球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)開展的籃球培訓(xùn)活動,這些業(yè)余青少年籃球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)又身處青少年業(yè)余籃球培訓(xùn)一線。本文通過過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法和邏輯分析法,調(diào)查研究：1.蘇州市業(yè)余青少年籃球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)對學(xué)員籃球水平以及身心健康提高的現(xiàn)狀；2.蘇州市業(yè)余青少年籃球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)促進(jìn)籃球運(yùn)動推廣的現(xiàn)狀；3.蘇州市業(yè)余青少年籃球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)行及發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。調(diào)查現(xiàn)狀,提出問題,分析問題,提出發(fā)展對策。得出如下結(jié)論：1：蘇州市青少年業(yè)余籃球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)能夠較好的培養(yǎng)學(xué)員的籃球水平。2.蘇州市學(xué)員和家長對調(diào)研的3家青少年業(yè)余籃球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的滿意度較高。3.蘇州市青少年業(yè)余籃球培訓(xùn)對籃球運(yùn)動的推廣具有積極的作用,大部分參訓(xùn)過一定時間的學(xué)員表示原意繼續(xù)堅持參加籃球運(yùn)動。4.蘇州市青少年業(yè)余籃球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢：市場定位明確、具備品牌戰(zhàn)略、市場多元化、政府支持力度大。劣勢：學(xué)員流動性大、教練員水平參差不齊、缺乏優(yōu)秀管理人才。5.根據(jù)蘇州少年業(yè)余籃球培訓(xùn)市場的問題,提出：1.進(jìn)一步了解學(xué)員和學(xué)員家長在參與籃球培訓(xùn)活動時的動機(jī),發(fā)掘其深層動機(jī),開拓新的培訓(xùn)產(chǎn)品。2.進(jìn)一步研究蘇州市青少年業(yè)余籃球培訓(xùn)的市場細(xì)分,為培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的市場定位提供依據(jù)。3.進(jìn)一步研究青少年業(yè)余籃球教練員的資格等級制度的建立以及青少年業(yè)余籃球培訓(xùn)教學(xué)大綱的設(shè)置。4.建立青少年業(yè)余籃球運(yùn)動員等級制度,并研究業(yè)余籃球運(yùn)動員等級制度的各項測試指標(biāo)和內(nèi)容的設(shè)定。5.建議培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展到一定規(guī)模與國際合作,提高籃球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)品牌影響力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the physique of teenagers in our country has been declining year after year. Parents have gradually realized the seriousness of this problem, and at the same time, they have begun to consider signing up sports counseling institutions for their children. Basketball is one of the most popular sports in our country. Suzhou has a very good basketball atmosphere, and some sports training institutions have set up amateur basketball training programs for teenagers. Every weekend and holiday, the basketball training activities of various basketball training institutions can be seen everywhere in Suzhou basketball venues. These amateur youth basketball training institutions are in the front line of youth amateur basketball training. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and logic analysis, the research is as follows: 1. Suzhou amateur youth basketball training institutions to improve the level of basketball students and physical and mental health; 2. Suzhou amateur youth basketball training institutions promote the current situation of basketball promotion; 3. The present situation of the operation and development of amateur youth basketball training institutions in Suzhou. Investigate the current situation, put forward problems, analyze problems, and put forward development countermeasures. Draw the following conclusions: 1: Suzhou Youth amateur basketball training institutions can better train students basketball level. 2. Suzhou students and parents of the survey of the 3 youth amateur basketball training institutions higher satisfaction. 3. Suzhou Youth amateur basketball training has a positive effect on the promotion of basketball, most of the participants who have participated in the training for a certain period of time expressed their intention to continue to participate in basketball. 4. 4. The advantages of amateur basketball training institutions in Suzhou include clear market orientation, brand strategy, diversified market and strong government support. Disadvantages: high mobility of trainees, uneven level of coaches, lack of excellent management personnel. 5. According to Suzhou juvenile amateur basketball training market problems, put forward: 1. Learn more about the motivation of students and their parents in participating in basketball training activities, explore their deep motivation, and develop new training products. 2. To further study the market segmentation of amateur basketball training for teenagers in Suzhou, and provide the basis for the market positioning of training institutions. 3. Further study on the establishment of the junior amateur basketball coaches' qualification level system and the setting up of the teaching syllabus of the teenagers' amateur basketball training. 4. To establish the level system of amateur basketball players and to study the setting of test indexes and contents of the level system of amateur basketball players. 5. It is suggested that the training institutions should develop to a certain scale and cooperate with other countries in order to improve the brand influence of basketball training institutions.
