【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì),隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展和人民群眾思想上的改觀,思想逐漸由物質(zhì)觀向健康觀轉(zhuǎn)變,對(duì)鍛煉需求越發(fā)增長(zhǎng),而且國(guó)家對(duì)體育事業(yè)也越來(lái)越重視,尤其是在投資興建大型場(chǎng)館。通過數(shù)據(jù)顯示大部分的體育產(chǎn)業(yè)都與大型場(chǎng)地有著密不可分的關(guān)系,是體育產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸成長(zhǎng)的基礎(chǔ)。然而體育場(chǎng)地的數(shù)量與質(zhì)量是直接影響人們參加體育活動(dòng)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),一方面,人民群眾思想轉(zhuǎn)變,對(duì)體育場(chǎng)地的使用情況十分關(guān)注;另一方面,體育場(chǎng)地的建設(shè),可以推動(dòng)體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步帶動(dòng)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,提高人民群眾的生活水平。通過對(duì)煙臺(tái)市第五次與第六次全國(guó)體育場(chǎng)地普查數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn),最近幾年煙臺(tái)市大型體育場(chǎng)館的修建非常迅速,包含煙臺(tái)市體育場(chǎng)、煙臺(tái)市體育館、煙臺(tái)市芝罘區(qū)人民體育場(chǎng)、招遠(yuǎn)體育中心體育場(chǎng)等,大型場(chǎng)館建設(shè)分布于煙臺(tái)市各個(gè)區(qū)域。大型場(chǎng)館的建立起初除了為賽事建立以外更多的是服務(wù)于人民群眾,但場(chǎng)館的后期的正常運(yùn)營(yíng)管理卻是一件非常重要的問題。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)煙臺(tái)市大型體育場(chǎng)館的經(jīng)營(yíng)管路現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,深入探討煙臺(tái)市大型體育場(chǎng)館的經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理過程中所面臨的一系列問題,并為之提供一系列的建議幫助其運(yùn)營(yíng)發(fā)展。研究結(jié)果表明:煙臺(tái)市大型體育場(chǎng)館在運(yùn)營(yíng)方面存在較多的問題,經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式比較單一,較多大型體育場(chǎng)實(shí)行單位自主運(yùn)營(yíng);管理方面水平不高,限制其發(fā)展;融資渠道比較單調(diào),政府及上級(jí)部門的定期撥款成為重要渠道;相關(guān)專業(yè)的人才比較匱乏,特別是缺少對(duì)市場(chǎng)開發(fā)的場(chǎng)館人員;創(chuàng)新性低,無(wú)形資產(chǎn)創(chuàng)收相對(duì)落后,尤其是對(duì)冠名權(quán)與長(zhǎng)期廣告的創(chuàng)新與開拓;體育場(chǎng)館內(nèi)的服務(wù)水平不高等問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)煙臺(tái)市場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)管理種出現(xiàn)的一系列問題提出了一下發(fā)展建議:湮滅場(chǎng)館的體制障礙,創(chuàng)新機(jī)制;場(chǎng)館應(yīng)著手于現(xiàn)實(shí)現(xiàn)狀,合理計(jì)劃與完善建設(shè);完善人才機(jī)制,引進(jìn)人才,并且留住人次;拓寬融資渠道,增強(qiáng)資金的引入;加強(qiáng)體育場(chǎng)館無(wú)形資產(chǎn)的開發(fā);提高服務(wù)水平,吸引顧客。旨在充分推動(dòng)煙臺(tái)市各大型場(chǎng)館實(shí)現(xiàn)其公益性,并增進(jìn)與經(jīng)營(yíng)性的相互結(jié)合,為走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路提出一系列的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the development of the society and the improvement of the people's thought, the thought gradually changes from the view of material to the view of health, and the demand for exercise increases more and more, and the country pays more and more attention to the sports cause, especially in investing in the construction of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums. The data show that most of the sports industry is closely related to the large venues and is the basis for the gradual growth of the sports industry. However, the quantity and quality of sports venues are the material basis of people's participation in sports activities. On the one hand, the people's minds change, and they pay close attention to the use of sports venues. On the other hand, the construction of sports venues can promote the development of sports, further promote the development of urban economy, and improve the living standards of the people. According to the data from the fifth and sixth national sports field census in Yantai City, it is found that the construction of large sports venues in Yantai City in recent years has been very rapid, including Yantai Stadium, Yantai City Stadium, Yantai Zhifu District people's Stadium, Zhaoyuan Sports Center Stadium, large-scale stadia construction in Yantai City each region. At first, the establishment of large venues is more to serve the people than the establishment of events, but the normal operation and management of the stadiums is a very important issue. This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the current situation of the management of large stadiums and gymnasiums in Yantai. This paper probes into a series of problems in the management and management of large stadiums and gymnasiums in Yantai City, and provides a series of suggestions to help its operation and development. The results show that there are many problems in the operation of large stadiums in Yantai, the management mode is relatively simple, more large stadiums operate independently, the level of management is not high, and the development of the stadiums is restricted. The financing channel is relatively monotonous, and the regular allocation of funds from the government and higher departments becomes an important channel; The innovation is low, the income generation of intangible assets is relatively backward, especially the innovation and development of naming right and long-term advertisement, the service level in stadiums and gymnasiums is not high, and so on. On this basis, in view of a series of problems of Yantai stadiums operation and management, this paper puts forward some development suggestions: annihilation stadiums' system obstacles, innovation mechanism, stadiums and gymnasiums should start from the actual situation, plan and perfect the construction reasonably; Improve talent mechanism, introduce talents and retain people; broaden financing channels, enhance the introduction of funds; strengthen the development of intangible assets of stadiums and gymnasiums; improve the level of service, attract customers. The purpose of this paper is to fully promote the public welfare of the large venues in Yantai, and to promote the integration with the management, and to put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development.
