【摘要】：校園足球活動(dòng)作為我國(guó)培養(yǎng)青少年足球后備人才的重要計(jì)劃之一,被國(guó)家體育局、教育部所重視,各個(gè)部門(mén)積極配合,出臺(tái)了一系列相關(guān)政策。2009年4月,《關(guān)于開(kāi)展全國(guó)青少年校園足球活動(dòng)的通知》在國(guó)家體育總局和教育部的積極協(xié)作下聯(lián)合頒布了,配套出臺(tái)的還有關(guān)于如何開(kāi)展校園足球活動(dòng)的具體實(shí)施方案。方案的出臺(tái)為校園足球活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展做了良好的鋪墊,接著對(duì)全國(guó)校園足球活動(dòng)試點(diǎn)城市的選拔也緊密鑼鼓的進(jìn)行著,經(jīng)過(guò)篩選,全國(guó)44所城市被列為開(kāi)展校園足球活動(dòng)的重要試點(diǎn)城市,河北省的石家莊和秦皇島成為首批國(guó)家級(jí)校園足球布局城市,這為河北省校園足球的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了契機(jī)。2011年12月06日,石家莊作為河北省的省會(huì)和首批國(guó)家級(jí)校園足球活動(dòng)試點(diǎn)城市,在河北省校園足球活動(dòng)辦公室的組織下開(kāi)展了校園足球工作會(huì)議,并舉辦了隆重的啟動(dòng)儀式。截止到2014年底,河北省校園足球活動(dòng)已經(jīng)開(kāi)展了近四年,試點(diǎn)城市也從最初的兩個(gè)城市發(fā)展到了石家莊、秦皇島、唐山、邯鄲、保定、張家口、衡水、邢臺(tái)8個(gè)校園足球布局城市,注冊(cè)校園足球?qū)W生3100多名。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法等方法,將河北省開(kāi)展校園足球活動(dòng)的影響因素進(jìn)行查找和分析,結(jié)果表明:1.河北省校園足球布局學(xué)校(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)布局學(xué)校)的足球教學(xué)場(chǎng)地和器材配備符合足球訓(xùn)練的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,對(duì)于草場(chǎng)場(chǎng)地的配備僅有極少數(shù)的學(xué)校擁有,而大部分學(xué)校用的是塑膠場(chǎng)地,這樣的訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)地會(huì)降低學(xué)生們的運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣,縮短運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間,同時(shí)增加足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的受傷幾率。2.河北省布局學(xué)校的學(xué)生對(duì)參與足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的興趣還是比較高的,但因場(chǎng)地有限、家長(zhǎng)持反對(duì)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)文化課任務(wù)過(guò)重等因素的影響,學(xué)生們不能經(jīng)常進(jìn)行足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的鍛煉。3.河北省布局學(xué)�，F(xiàn)有的足球教師隊(duì)伍以青年教師為主,整體學(xué)歷水平較高,綜合業(yè)務(wù)水平有待提高,需要加大教練員的培訓(xùn)力度。4.河北省校園足球活動(dòng)在省體育部門(mén)和教育部門(mén)的共同領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下開(kāi)展,但教體部門(mén)缺乏密切的交流與溝通,相關(guān)部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人不清楚自己的職責(zé)所在,活動(dòng)開(kāi)展起來(lái)也缺乏制度管理,制約著校園足球活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展與進(jìn)行。5.河北省校園足球活動(dòng)的推廣與宣傳缺乏系統(tǒng)的信息整合,媒體宣傳只停留在比賽方面,缺乏對(duì)青少年進(jìn)行足球運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練的跟蹤報(bào)道,需要社會(huì)媒體持久地廣泛地進(jìn)行關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:As one of the important plans to train young football reserve talents in our country, campus football activities have been attached importance to by the National Sports Bureau and the Ministry of Education, and various departments have actively cooperated with each other, and issued a series of related policies. In April 2009, The notice on developing the National Youth Campus Football activities was jointly promulgated by the State Sports Administration and the Ministry of Education with the active cooperation of the State Sports Administration and the Ministry of Education, and the concrete implementation plan on how to carry out campus football activities was also introduced. The introduction of the program made a good foundation for the development of campus football activities, and then the selection of pilot cities for the national campus football activities was also carried out closely, after screening, Forty-four cities across the country have been listed as important pilot cities for campus football activities, and Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao in Hebei Province have become the first batch of state-level campus football layout cities, which has brought an opportunity for the development of campus football in Hebei Province. Shijiazhuang as the provincial capital of Hebei Province and the first batch of pilot cities of national campus football activities organized by the Hebei Provincial Campus Football activities Office organized the campus football work conference and held a grand launching ceremony. By the end of 2014, the campus football activities in Hebei Province had been carried out for nearly four years, and the pilot cities had also developed from the first two cities to Shijiazhuang, Qinhuangdao, Tangshan, Handan, Baoding, Zhangjiakou, Hengshui, Xingtai 8 campus football layout cities, more than 3100 registered campus football students. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods are used to find and analyze the influencing factors of campus football activities in Hebei province. The results are as follows: 1. The football teaching sites and equipment in Hebei Province's campus football layout schools (hereinafter referred to as "layout schools") meet the standard requirements of football training. For grasslands, only a very small number of schools have the facilities. Most schools use plastic venues, which reduce students' interest in sports, shorten exercise time, and increase the chances of football players getting hurt. The students of Hebei layout school have a high interest in participating in football, but because of the limited space, parents' opposition attitude and the heavy task of learning culture, the students can not often exercise football. 3. The present football teachers in Hebei layout schools are mainly young teachers, the overall educational level is high, the comprehensive professional level needs to be improved, and the training of coaches should be strengthened. 4. The campus football activities in Hebei Province are conducted under the joint leadership of the provincial sports departments and the education departments, but the education and sports departments lack close communication and communication. The responsible persons of the relevant departments do not know where their duties lie, and the activities also lack system management. Restrict the development of campus football activities and carry out. 5. The promotion and propaganda of campus football activities in Hebei Province lack of systematic information integration, media propaganda only stay in the competition, lack of follow-up reports on football training for young people, which requires social media to pay attention to it widely for a long time.
