【摘要】：研究目的:運(yùn)用SWOT分析、文獻(xiàn)資料等方法,對(duì)新常態(tài)下我國(guó)體育教育本科專(zhuān)業(yè)進(jìn)行研究,從它的內(nèi)、外部的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行具體分析。結(jié)果:外部環(huán)境中黨和國(guó)家政策空前重視;仍需進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大高校辦學(xué)自主權(quán);經(jīng)濟(jì)增速下滑、高校擴(kuò)招,老齡化社會(huì)的到來(lái),使得專(zhuān)業(yè)需求相對(duì)不足。從體育教育本科專(zhuān)業(yè)內(nèi)部來(lái)說(shuō)中國(guó)特色的高等教育體制統(tǒng)籌下的體育教育學(xué)科優(yōu)勢(shì)和體育教育本科專(zhuān)業(yè)內(nèi)部資源的優(yōu)化和內(nèi)在發(fā)展動(dòng)力;各個(gè)高校專(zhuān)業(yè)培養(yǎng)模式改革力度不夠、教學(xué)成本較高、專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)視角不夠全面,專(zhuān)業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案、課程設(shè)置等需要深入改革,國(guó)家應(yīng)從結(jié)構(gòu)、布局、質(zhì)量、效益等外部因素對(duì)該專(zhuān)業(yè)進(jìn)行全國(guó)統(tǒng)籌,各高校應(yīng)根據(jù)自身的設(shè)施條件、師資力量、區(qū)域特點(diǎn),突出特色,服務(wù)于地方。結(jié)論:教育主管部門(mén)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)師資培訓(xùn),利用高校內(nèi)部學(xué)科之間的相互交叉、滲透,培養(yǎng)多能一專(zhuān)的復(fù)合型體育人才。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the undergraduate major of physical education in China under the new normal condition by means of SWOT analysis, literature and other methods, and analyze its internal and external advantages and disadvantages. Results: in the external environment, the Party and the state pay more attention to the policies of the Party and the state than ever; we still need to further expand the autonomy of running a university; the economic growth rate, the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, and the arrival of an aging society make the professional demand relatively insufficient. The advantages of physical education subject and the optimization and internal development of internal resources of physical education undergraduate specialty under the system of higher education with Chinese characteristics; The reform of major training mode in colleges and universities is not strong enough, the teaching cost is high, the angle of view of specialty construction is not comprehensive enough, the specialty training scheme, curriculum setting and so on need to be reformed deeply, the country should reform from structure, layout, quality, etc. The efficiency and other external factors make a national overall plan for the specialty, and each university should give prominence to its characteristics and serve the local authorities according to its own facilities, teachers' strength and regional characteristics. Conclusion: the competent department of education should strengthen the training of teachers, make use of the intersecting and infiltrating of the internal disciplines in colleges and universities, and train the multi-functional and one-specialized compound sports talents.
