【摘要】：運動表象質量與運動技能水平有關,運動表象質量隨著運動技能水平的提高而上升。器械使用可使人腦產生可塑性改變,使用者會將器械納入身體圖式。然而,兩者影響運動表象的神經心理機制還不清楚。本研究采用功能性磁共振成像探析籃球運動員與新手在不同持球條件下表象投籃時腦功能活動的差異。結果表明運動員表象質量較好,鏡像神經系統(tǒng)激活高于新手;持球條件下運動員表象質量顯著高于不持球條件下,鏡像神經系統(tǒng)激活程度顯著低于不持球條件下。研究說明持器械可以顯著提高運動員的表象質量,器械使用帶來鏡像神經系統(tǒng)的可塑性變化。
[Abstract]:The quality of motor imagery is related to the level of motor skills, and the quality of motor imagery increases with the improvement of motor skills. The use of devices can make the human brain plastic changes, the user will incorporate the device into the body schema. However, the neuropsychological mechanisms that affect motor appearances are unclear. In this study, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) was used to analyze the difference of brain function between basketball players and novice players under different ball holding conditions. The results showed that the image quality of athletes was better, the activation of mirror nervous system was higher than that of novice, and the image quality of athletes under ball holding was significantly higher than that of non-ball holding, and the activation degree of mirror nervous system was significantly lower than that of non-ball holding. The results show that instrumentation can significantly improve the image quality of athletes, and the plasticity of mirror nervous system is caused by the use of instruments.
