田徑運動文化對河南省普通高校大學生人文素質(zhì)影響的研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟、文化、科學技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,廣大人民群眾的生活水平也顯著改善,人們的養(yǎng)生觀點不斷加強:鍛煉身體、增強體質(zhì)成為人民群眾的共同要求。體育運動中與人們生活密切相關(guān)的一些經(jīng)典運動項目,如走、跑、跳、投等,就成為最具有實踐性、最方便普及和最受歡迎的運動方式。田徑運動,具有很高的健身價值運動的同時,也包含著豐富的文化價值。田徑運動也因此成為我國重點開展的全民健身運動項目,同時也是學校體育的重點內(nèi)容。近年來,隨著高校的不斷擴招以及社會多元文化的不斷碰撞、“金錢至上”等社會糟粕的影響,高校大學生的人文素質(zhì)出現(xiàn)了滑坡。主要突出表現(xiàn)是:大學生的心理承受能力較差差、不能很好的適應社會變化、缺乏必要的社會責任感、個人崇拜、自私自利等,這是我國高校大學生培養(yǎng)面臨的困境。培養(yǎng)大學生的人文素養(yǎng)是體育人文教育的要求,如何在田徑運動中實現(xiàn)對高校大學生人文素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)一直是體育工作者研究的重點。本課題通過文獻資料法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、邏輯分析對河南8所普通高校學生人文素質(zhì)及田徑運動進行調(diào)查研究,得出一下結(jié)論:1高校大學生人文素質(zhì)教育認知情況不容樂觀,其主要問題表現(xiàn)在人文知識方面匱乏,人文精神較差,人文思想有待提高。2高校大學生缺失人文素質(zhì)的主要影響因素有:學校人文素質(zhì)教育開展不利,學生缺乏對其人文知識學習的興趣,社會不良因素的影響。3田徑運動文化對大學生人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的影響主要表現(xiàn)為:促進大學生社會行為規(guī)范,培養(yǎng)大學生審美能力,促進大學生個體的社會化、體現(xiàn)主體精神,塑造良好的個性心理品質(zhì)、促進人際關(guān)系和諧,培養(yǎng)堅持不懈的拼搏奮斗精神及創(chuàng)新精神。4提升田徑運動文化對影響大學生人文素質(zhì)的途徑有:加強校園田徑運動文化建設(shè),營造良好的人文環(huán)境;改革田徑教學,滲透田徑運動文化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, culture, science and technology, the living standards of the broad masses of the people have also been improved significantly, and people's views on health preservation have been constantly strengthened: to exercise their bodies and strengthen their physique has become the common requirement of the masses. Some classic sports, such as walking, running, jumping and throwing, which are closely related to people's life, have become the most practical, convenient and popular sports methods. Track and field sports, with high fitness value sports, but also contains rich cultural value. Therefore, track and field has become a key national fitness event in our country, and it is also the key content of school physical education. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of college enrollment and the continuous impact of social multiculturalism, "money first" and other social dregs, the humanistic quality of college students has declined. The main manifestations are: poor psychological tolerance of college students, can not adapt to social changes, lack of necessary sense of social responsibility, personality cult, selfishness and so on, which is the dilemma facing the cultivation of college students in our country. How to cultivate the humanistic quality of college students in track and field sports has been the focus of the research of sports workers. Through the methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper investigates the humanistic quality and track and field movement of the students in 8 colleges and universities in Henan Province. The following conclusions are drawn: 1 the cognition of humanistic quality education of college students is not optimistic, its main problems are the lack of humanistic knowledge and the poor humanistic spirit. The main influencing factors of the lack of humanistic quality of college students are: the unfavorable development of humanistic quality education in schools, the lack of interest in the study of humanistic knowledge among students; The influence of track and field culture on the cultivation of college students' humanistic quality is mainly manifested as follows: promoting the norms of college students' social behavior, cultivating college students' aesthetic ability, promoting the socialization of college students' individual, and embodying the spirit of the subject. The ways to improve the cultural quality of track and field for college students are to strengthen the construction of campus track and field culture. Create a good humanistic environment; Reform track and field teaching, permeate track and field sports culture.
