NBL聯(lián)賽管辦分離改革后困境及其對策研究

【摘要】:中國籃球職業(yè)化已歷經(jīng)20年的發(fā)展,管辦合一是我國職業(yè)籃球聯(lián)賽主要運(yùn)行機(jī)制,NBL聯(lián)賽在2015年正式施行管辦分離改革,但經(jīng)歷兩個(gè)賽季管辦分離的NBL聯(lián)賽也凸現(xiàn)出來諸多問題,聯(lián)賽在很多方面處于困境之中。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等一系列的研究方法,結(jié)合本人在作為球隊(duì)翻譯跟隊(duì)征戰(zhàn)聯(lián)賽期間所調(diào)查了解的情況,對管辦分離改革前后的NBL聯(lián)賽做研究分析,總結(jié)出NBL聯(lián)賽發(fā)展所存在的組織管理問題,競技水平問題、媒體宣傳問題和商業(yè)模式問題,并提出相對應(yīng)的解決對策和措施,為NBL籃球聯(lián)賽的進(jìn)一步良性發(fā)展提供參考建議,也為中國籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽的改革與發(fā)展開拓新的思路。經(jīng)調(diào)查與分析本研究得出的結(jié)論:1.NBL聯(lián)賽由于一直以來的處于向CBA輸送球隊(duì)的次級聯(lián)賽地位,管辦分離改革前整個(gè)聯(lián)賽球隊(duì)數(shù)量少且結(jié)構(gòu)不穩(wěn)定,球員流動性大,在國內(nèi)的關(guān)注度不如CBA。NBL聯(lián)賽成立以來就進(jìn)行過各種改革嘗試,但結(jié)果都是回到中國籃協(xié)管辦一體的道路上來。2.NBL聯(lián)賽實(shí)施的管辦分離改革是順應(yīng)職業(yè)體育賽事發(fā)展的需求,讓俱樂部投資人享有辦賽權(quán),但在管辦分離后的2015賽季聯(lián)賽公司因內(nèi)部意見不統(tǒng)一導(dǎo)致開賽時(shí)間一推再推,新的管理模式帶來的問題是辦事效率降低。3.NBL聯(lián)賽在商業(yè)模式上一直在尋求有所創(chuàng)新,管辦分離改革前聯(lián)賽的商務(wù)開發(fā)主導(dǎo)方不斷變化。NBL聯(lián)賽管辦分離改革后俱樂部沒有享受到改革帶來的福利,改革后大部分球隊(duì)收支狀況沒有變化。4在管辦分離改革前NBL聯(lián)賽的宣傳情況一直不理想,管辦分離改革為NBL聯(lián)賽帶來了一定量的曝光,但NBL的媒體宣傳還是有多問題,主要體現(xiàn)在報(bào)道數(shù)量的不足,宣傳陣地的單一和缺少宣傳的亮點(diǎn)。5.管辦分離改革前后NBL籃球比賽的防守強(qiáng)度不足,球員們體能多分配在比賽進(jìn)攻端,外援水平參差不齊。6.由于聯(lián)賽在管辦分離改革前后球隊(duì)數(shù)量和球員組成動蕩不定,整個(gè)聯(lián)賽的規(guī)范化程度不夠,球員會產(chǎn)生各種負(fù)面情緒,在場上會出現(xiàn)消極比賽的情況筆者建議繼續(xù)推進(jìn)管辦分離改革,提出NBL聯(lián)賽進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供對策,從賽程賽制改革,促進(jìn)青訓(xùn),打造聯(lián)賽正面形象,加大贊助商權(quán)益回報(bào)等方面促進(jìn)聯(lián)賽建設(shè)
[Abstract]:The professionalization of Chinese basketball has been developed for 20 years. The integration of management and management is the main operating mechanism of China's professional basketball league. The NBL league formally implemented the reform of separation of management and management in 2015. But after two seasons of separation, the NBL league also emerged a lot of problems, the league in many ways in a difficult situation. This paper uses a series of research methods, such as literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and so on. This paper makes research and analysis on NBL league before and after the reform of management separation, summarizes the problems of organization and management, competitive level, media propaganda and business model existing in the development of NBL league, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures. It provides reference suggestions for the further development of NBL basketball league, and also opens up new ideas for the reform and development of China basketball league. Through the investigation and analysis of the conclusion of this study: the 1.NBL league has always been in the sub-league status of sending teams to the CBA, before the separation reform, the number of the entire league team is small, the structure of the league is unstable, and the player mobility is large. Domestic attention has not been as good as that of various reform attempts since the founding of the CBA.NBL League. However, the result is to return to the road of the management and management of the China Basketball Association. The reform of the separation of management and management implemented by the 2.NBL League matches conforms to the needs of the development of professional sports events and gives club investors the right to run the matches. But in the 2015 season after the separation of the division, the company's internal disagreement caused the start of the game to be pushed back and again, and the new management model brought about a problem of low efficiency. The 3.NBL league has been looking for some innovation in its business model. Before the reform of management separation, the business development leader of the league was constantly changing. The club did not enjoy the benefits of the reform after the reform of the NBL league. After the reform, most teams' income and expenditure status has not changed. (4) before the reform of management separation, the propaganda situation of the NBL league has not been ideal. The reform of management separation has brought a certain amount of exposure to the NBL league, but there are still many problems in the media publicity of NBL. Mainly reflected in the number of reports, the single propaganda position and lack of publicity highlights. 5. Before and after the management separation reform, the NBL basketball match defense intensity is insufficient, the players' physical ability is distributed in the game attack end, the foreign aid level is not uniform. As the number of teams and the composition of the players in the league are volatile before and after the reform of the administrative division, and the standardization of the entire league is not enough, the players will have all kinds of negative emotions. There will be negative matches on the field the author suggests to continue to promote the reform of management separation, put forward the NBL league further development to provide countermeasures, from the game system reform, to promote the youth training, to create a positive image of the league, Increase the return of sponsors' rights and interests and promote the construction of league matches
