生涯發(fā)展理論下我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的路徑構(gòu)建

【摘要】：運(yùn)動(dòng)員作為競(jìng)技體育的核心人才資源,在當(dāng)前嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì)下,在體育工作改革與發(fā)展不斷深化的進(jìn)程中,運(yùn)動(dòng)員的職業(yè)發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型就業(yè)面臨極大的挑戰(zhàn)。結(jié)合生涯發(fā)展理論,闡述了運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),分析了運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)發(fā)展各個(gè)階段的特點(diǎn)和職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作任務(wù),以及當(dāng)前我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作存在的困境。結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展階段,從五個(gè)方面來(lái)構(gòu)建我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的路徑:普及職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃概念、提高運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃意識(shí);制定符合運(yùn)動(dòng)員自身特點(diǎn)的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展規(guī)劃;開(kāi)發(fā)一套適合運(yùn)動(dòng)員群體的職業(yè)指導(dǎo)測(cè)評(píng)工具;建立專(zhuān)門(mén)的運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作平臺(tái);建立一套全程化全方位的運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作支持系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Athletes as the core talent resources of competitive sports, in the current severe employment situation, in the process of the reform and development of sports work, athletes' professional development and transition employment is facing great challenges. Combined with the theory of career development, this paper expounds the inevitable trend of the development of athletes' career guidance, analyzes on the characteristics and tasks of each stage of athletes' professional development, and on the difficulties existing in the current career guidance of athletes in China. Combined with the stage of athletes' career development, this paper constructs the path of Chinese athletes' career guidance from five aspects: popularizing the concept of career planning and improving the awareness of athletes' career planning; To establish the professional career development plan which accords with the athlete's own characteristics, to develop a set of professional guidance and evaluation tools suitable for the athletes' group, to establish a special career guidance work platform for the athletes; To establish a set of full-process and all-round athlete career guidance work support system.
