云南省網(wǎng)球隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員體能訓(xùn)練中引入懸吊訓(xùn)練的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)查閱相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料發(fā)現(xiàn),目前有關(guān)體能訓(xùn)練中的懸吊訓(xùn)練在其他項(xiàng)目開展的較好,在網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目中還沒(méi)有較多的研究。更多的是集中在對(duì)體能即力量方面的訓(xùn)練,忽略了靈敏性、穩(wěn)定性和平衡性的訓(xùn)練。懸吊訓(xùn)練是受試者借助吊索將自身身體部分或全部懸吊起來(lái),加上懸吊帶在懸吊的過(guò)程中形成的支撐反作用力總是處于不斷的動(dòng)態(tài)變化之中,所以迫使鍛煉者的身體不得不通過(guò)連續(xù)的調(diào)整不穩(wěn)定的身體狀態(tài)以達(dá)到不斷地動(dòng)員身體中不同的運(yùn)動(dòng)單位,從而使神經(jīng)-肌肉本體感受性功能得以提高的一種訓(xùn)練方法。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法以及實(shí)驗(yàn)法對(duì)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員經(jīng)過(guò)懸吊訓(xùn)練對(duì)身體素質(zhì)影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得出結(jié)論如下:1.懸吊訓(xùn)練對(duì)于發(fā)展網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)主要體現(xiàn)在爆發(fā)力、力量耐力、柔韌素質(zhì)以及平衡能力,而其他素質(zhì)經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究證明效果不明顯。2.在網(wǎng)球體能訓(xùn)練中加入懸吊訓(xùn)練后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組睜眼靜態(tài)平衡測(cè)試存在顯著性差異,閉眼靜態(tài)平衡存在非常顯著性差異。說(shuō)明兩組網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員經(jīng)過(guò)12周不同體能訓(xùn)練方式的訓(xùn)練后,睜眼靜態(tài)平衡能力均出現(xiàn)一定程度的提高。對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組之間在外前、外、外后3個(gè)方向的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡測(cè)試中均存在顯著性差異,這說(shuō)明懸吊訓(xùn)練效果能夠改善網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡能力。3.經(jīng)過(guò)12周的懸吊訓(xùn)練后,網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的專項(xiàng)速度沒(méi)有差異性。這說(shuō)明懸吊訓(xùn)練這種訓(xùn)練方法對(duì)于速度素質(zhì)的增長(zhǎng)是無(wú)效的。4.經(jīng)過(guò)12周的懸吊訓(xùn)練后,網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的靈敏素質(zhì)也沒(méi)有差異性。懸吊訓(xùn)練在某種程度上能夠提高靈敏素質(zhì),但是要產(chǎn)生顯著性的效果必須要長(zhǎng)時(shí)間、專門化、并結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)員年齡特征以及項(xiàng)目特征進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的訓(xùn)練。5.經(jīng)過(guò)12周的懸吊訓(xùn)練后能有效提高網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的專項(xiàng)力量水平。訓(xùn)練后實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組在擲實(shí)心球指標(biāo)進(jìn)行組間比較都具有非常顯著性差異,表明網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員爆發(fā)力提高;仰臥起坐和俯臥撐測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,懸吊訓(xùn)練會(huì)明顯改善網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的力量耐力水平。
[Abstract]:By referring to the relevant literature, it is found that the suspension training in physical fitness training has been carried out well in other projects, but there is no more research in tennis. More focused on the physical strength of the training, ignoring the sensitivity, stability and balance training. Suspension training means that the part or all of their body is suspended by means of sling, and the supporting reaction force formed by the suspension belt is always in constant dynamic change. Therefore, the body of exercisers has to adjust the unstable body state continuously to achieve the continuous mobilization of different motor units in the body, so that the neuromuscular proprioceptive sexual function can be improved. This paper makes an experimental study on the effect of suspension training on the physical quality of tennis players by means of literature, mathematical statistics and experimental methods. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Suspension training for the development of tennis players' special physical quality is mainly reflected in explosive force, strength endurance, flexibility and balance ability, but other qualities proved by the experimental results are not obvious. 2. After the suspension training was added to the tennis physical training, there was significant difference in the static balance test of eyes opening in the experimental group, and the difference in the static balance between the eyes closed eyes was very significant. It shows that after 12 weeks of different physical training, the static balance ability of the two groups of tennis players is improved to a certain extent. There were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in the three directions of dynamic balance test, which indicated that the effect of suspension training could improve the dynamic balance ability of tennis players. 3. After 12 weeks of suspension training, there is no difference in the specific speed of tennis players. This shows that suspension training this training method for the growth of speed quality is ineffective. 4. 4. After 12 weeks of suspension training, there is no difference in the sensitivity of tennis players. Suspension training can improve the sensitive quality to some extent, but to produce significant effect, it must be long time, specialized, and combined with the age characteristics of athletes and the characteristics of the events to carry out scientific and reasonable training. 5. After 12 weeks of suspension training, tennis players can effectively improve the level of special strength. After training, the experimental group and the control group had very significant differences in the index of solid ball throwing between groups, which indicated that the explosive force of tennis players was improved. The results of sit-ups and push-ups show that suspension training can significantly improve the strength and endurance of tennis players.
