甘肅省普通高校體育教育專業(yè)體操專選課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:國(guó)務(wù)院有關(guān)進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)教育深化改革及推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的決定,強(qiáng)調(diào)全面加強(qiáng)素質(zhì)教育,是我國(guó)為加快實(shí)施科教興國(guó)這一戰(zhàn)略所作出的重大決策部署。擁有一支高素質(zhì)的教師隊(duì)伍,將保證素質(zhì)教育推進(jìn)過程的有效進(jìn)行。依據(jù)教育深化改革的要求,在全國(guó)范圍啟動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)教育改革,其中中小學(xué)體育課程也緊密圍繞改革要求進(jìn)行了前所未有的革新,設(shè)立了新的體育教學(xué)目標(biāo)及課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這將給每位體育工作者帶來全新挑戰(zhàn),也給大中院校培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的人才帶來了契機(jī)。各高校體育教育院系是培養(yǎng)體育人才的搖籃,要適時(shí)依據(jù)社會(huì)對(duì)體育人才的需求與時(shí)俱進(jìn)調(diào)整和改革教育教學(xué)目標(biāo)。其中,體操將是我國(guó)體育教育改革的重點(diǎn)開展的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目之一。高校體育教育專業(yè)體操專選課肩負(fù)著培養(yǎng)體操人才的重任,體操專選畢業(yè)生所掌握的體操知識(shí)和技能,直接影響著中小學(xué)體操教學(xué)的實(shí)施。本文將甘肅民族師范學(xué)院、西北民族大學(xué)、隴東學(xué)院、天水師范學(xué)院、河西學(xué)院、蘭州城市學(xué)院、西北師范大學(xué)七所高校的體育院系專業(yè)體操教師和學(xué)主及甘肅省部分中小學(xué)校的體育從業(yè)人員作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,運(yùn)用了一系列研究方法,諸如文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法、調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,針對(duì)甘肅省普通高校體育教育專業(yè)體操的專選教學(xué)內(nèi)容現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,探究體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生體操專選課程內(nèi)容的影響因素,并針對(duì)時(shí)弊提出對(duì)應(yīng)措施和建議,并將其作為我省高校體育教育專業(yè)體操專選教學(xué)發(fā)展的有利參考。研究結(jié)果如下:1)83個(gè)學(xué)時(shí)的體操教學(xué)專選課程,與中學(xué)教材所要求的技術(shù)動(dòng)作在數(shù)量、質(zhì)量和難度上,都有較大差距。課時(shí)設(shè)置與教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)置不協(xié)調(diào),導(dǎo)致了課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容不能使學(xué)生有效的掌握動(dòng)作技術(shù)要領(lǐng)。2)“供非所需、需而不供”是當(dāng)前我省體操教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)置與社會(huì)需求及學(xué)生需求內(nèi)容之問的主要矛盾,體操教學(xué)內(nèi)容課時(shí)不足,而教學(xué)內(nèi)容相對(duì)繁多,再加上側(cè)重競(jìng)技,忽略了基礎(chǔ),是造成這一矛盾的根本原因。3)體育教育專業(yè)體操課程的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)必須與體育教育專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)相一致,拓展拓寬原有教學(xué)培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)口徑,把單一的培養(yǎng)中小學(xué)體育教師的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)向培養(yǎng)具有知識(shí)面寬廣和綜合能力強(qiáng)的一專多能的復(fù)合型人才的總目標(biāo)。4)導(dǎo)致當(dāng)前體操教學(xué)所凸顯的各類問題是由單一的、片面的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系造成的。5)結(jié)合改革方向?qū)Ⅲw操專選課程資源優(yōu)化整合,開設(shè)獨(dú)立基本體操專選課程,是體育教育專業(yè)進(jìn)行體操課程改革具有現(xiàn)實(shí)可行意義的實(shí)施方案。對(duì)以上結(jié)果而提出以下建議:1)應(yīng)適當(dāng)增加課時(shí)量,精簡(jiǎn)教學(xué)內(nèi)容。2)建立有效的校本體操課程,把體操專選課程內(nèi)容符合社會(huì)實(shí)際需求作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),更好的做到培養(yǎng)中學(xué)體育師資力量,以實(shí)現(xiàn)指導(dǎo)社會(huì)體育工作的客觀需求。3)進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)體育教育專業(yè)體操專選課程從側(cè)重“競(jìng)技性”內(nèi)容的研究向“軟化”方向發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)體操類運(yùn)動(dòng)本身具有的大眾娛樂性、健身性、趣味性的特質(zhì)。4)在教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)中,應(yīng)以教師和學(xué)生相互評(píng)價(jià)為主。以教師評(píng)價(jià)為主角的評(píng)價(jià)模式不適合教學(xué)的要求,并與現(xiàn)代教學(xué)理念不相符。5)將基本體操與競(jìng)技體操分立門戶,單獨(dú)設(shè)課,可以使得教師更有精力鉆研教材、教法的深度及力度,進(jìn)一步提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,使得學(xué)生完整地、系統(tǒng)地學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:The State Council's decision to further promote the reform of education and promote quality education emphasizes the importance of strengthening quality education in an all-round way, and is a major decision-making deployment of our country to accelerate the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education. With a contingent of high-quality teachers, it will ensure the effective implementation of quality-oriented education. On the basis of the requirement of deepening reform of education, starting elementary education reform in the whole country, in which the primary and middle school physical education curriculum is also closely related to the reform request, and the new sports teaching target and curriculum standard are set up, which will bring new challenges to every sport worker. It also brings the opportunity to train high-quality talents in large colleges and universities. Physical education departments of colleges and universities are the cradle of training sports talents, and timely adjust and reform the educational teaching target according to the needs of the society to the sports talents. Among them, gymnastics will be one of the major sports projects in China's physical education reform. The physical education of physical education in colleges and universities has the heavy responsibility to train gymnastics talents, and the gymnastics knowledge and skills acquired by the graduates of gymnastics directly affect the practice of gymnastics teaching in primary and middle schools. In this paper, Gansu National Normal University, Northwest University of Nationalities, Longdong College, Tianshui Normal University, Xiamen University, Lanzhou City College, As an object of investigation, a series of research methods, such as documentation method, data analysis method, investigation method, logic analysis method and so on, are used as the survey object. This paper analyzes the present situation of the course content of physical gymnastics of physical education in colleges and universities in Gansu Province, and probes into the influencing factors of the course contents of physical education specialty students in physical education majors, and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions aiming at the advantages and disadvantages. It also serves as an advantageous reference for the teaching development of physical education of physical education in colleges and universities in our province. The results of the study are as follows: 1) There is a great difference in the quantity, quality and difficulty of the technical actions required by the teaching materials of the middle school. The teaching content of the course is not coordinated with the setting of the teaching content, which leads to the fact that the course content can't make the students master the technical essentials effectively.
