【摘要】：我國文化有著上千年的發(fā)展歷史,可以說是源遠(yuǎn)流長。體育文化是我國傳統(tǒng)文化中的一部分,而茶文化也是我國傳統(tǒng)文化中重要一部分,民族傳統(tǒng)體育發(fā)展與傳統(tǒng)茶文化的有效融合,將會(huì)促進(jìn)我國傳統(tǒng)文化更好的傳承和弘揚(yáng)�；诖�,本文首先分析了我國茶文化與民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化的特征,然后研究了二者的共性,最后提出了融合二者的對策,希望能夠促進(jìn)我國民族體育文化與傳統(tǒng)茶文化更好的融合和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Chinese culture has a history of thousands of years, can be said to have a long history. Sports culture is a part of Chinese traditional culture, and tea culture is also an important part of Chinese traditional culture. The development of national traditional sports and the effective integration of traditional tea culture will promote the better inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the characteristics of Chinese tea culture and national traditional sports culture, then studies the commonness of the two cultures, and finally puts forward the countermeasures of merging the two cultures. Hope to promote the better integration and development of national sports culture and traditional tea culture.
