【摘要】：何振梁,偉大的奧林匹克人,對(duì)奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展有著不可忽視的貢獻(xiàn)。本研究通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法等科研方法,結(jié)合奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的史實(shí),對(duì)何振梁為奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展做出的貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行探析,力求從何振梁對(duì)奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)中得出有益于中國(guó)奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)更好發(fā)展的啟示,豐富奧林匹克方面的研究。本研究表明:(1)何振梁良好的法語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)與工作中自學(xué)的英語(yǔ)使他可以與許多國(guó)家委員更好的交流;(2)隨著中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育的不斷發(fā)展,綜合實(shí)力不斷提高,在國(guó)際上具有越來(lái)越重要的地位,這是何振梁立足于國(guó)際奧委會(huì)的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)后盾;(3)何振梁通過(guò)自己真誠(chéng)的態(tài)度、優(yōu)秀的人品贏得了大家的尊重,與一些人建立了深厚的友誼。并得出以下結(jié)論:1何振梁任職國(guó)際奧委會(huì)期間,提議建立群眾體育委員會(huì),成立后擔(dān)任委員會(huì)副主席,促進(jìn)了國(guó)際奧委會(huì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的完善;開(kāi)展或主持國(guó)際性?shī)W林匹克大會(huì)、體育與美術(shù)、體育與文學(xué)創(chuàng)作等國(guó)際競(jìng)賽,促進(jìn)了奧林匹克精神與文化的傳播;堅(jiān)持奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)的普遍性原則,促進(jìn)奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)的全球化。2何振梁任職中國(guó)奧委會(huì)期間,在國(guó)際奧委會(huì)第81次全會(huì)上堅(jiān)持一個(gè)中國(guó)原則,為新中國(guó)恢復(fù)國(guó)際奧委會(huì)合法席位做出貢獻(xiàn);代表中國(guó)奧委會(huì)與中國(guó)臺(tái)北奧委會(huì)進(jìn)行溝通,為海峽兩岸關(guān)系的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn);重視體育科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育的發(fā)展。3何振梁為北京兩次申辦奧運(yùn)會(huì)做了大量的工作;加強(qiáng)對(duì)申奧隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),注重媒體影響力,提高對(duì)外宣傳力度;增強(qiáng)與國(guó)際奧委會(huì)委員的聯(lián)系,為北京申奧爭(zhēng)取更大支持;在國(guó)際奧委會(huì)第101次、112次全會(huì)上為北京申奧做陳述報(bào)告。4何振梁重視奧林匹克文化教育的作用,同時(shí)對(duì)奧林匹克的普世價(jià)值與多文化有獨(dú)到理解,認(rèn)為奧林匹克不應(yīng)局限于歐美文化,而應(yīng)該是多文化的;認(rèn)為人文精神為奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)的核心,重視對(duì)青少年進(jìn)行奧林匹克教育。
[Abstract]:He Zhenliang, the great Olympic man, has made great contributions to the development of the Olympic Movement. Through the methods of literature, expert interview, logic analysis and other scientific research methods, combined with the historical facts of the development of the Olympic Movement, this study explores He Zhenliang's contribution to the development of the Olympic Movement. From He Zhenliang's contribution to the development of the Olympic Movement, the author tries to draw inspiration from the better development of the Olympic Movement in China and enrich the research on the Olympic Games. This study shows that: (1) He Zhenliang's good foundation of French and self-taught English in his work enable him to communicate better with many state commissioners; (2) with the continuous development of competitive sports in China, his comprehensive strength is constantly improving. In the world has more and more important position, this is He Zhenliang based on the strong backing of the IOC; (3) He Zhenliang through their sincere attitude, excellent personality won the respect of everyone, and some people to establish a deep friendship. The conclusions are as follows: 1 during his term of office in the IOC, He Zhenliang proposed the establishment of a mass sports committee, and became the vice-chairman of the commission after its establishment, which promoted the improvement of the organizational structure of the IOC; and conducted or presided over the International Olympic Congress, International competitions such as sports and fine arts, sports and literary creation have promoted the spread of the Olympic spirit and culture, upheld the principle of universality of the Olympic movement, and promoted the globalization of the Olympic movement. [2] during He Zhenliang's tenure at the Chinese Olympic Committee, At the 81st plenary session of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), he adhered to the one-China principle and made contributions to the restoration of the legal seat of the IOC in New China, to communicate with the Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee on behalf of the Chinese Olympic Committee, and to contribute to the development of cross-strait relations. Attaching importance to the development of sports science and technology and promoting the development of competitive sports in China. 3 He Zhenliang has done a lot of work for Beijing's bid for the Olympic Games twice; To strengthen contacts with IOC members to win greater support for Beijing's bid for the Olympic Games; and to make presentations for Beijing's Olympic bid at the 101st and 112th plenary sessions of the IOC. 4 He Zhenliang attaches importance to the role of Olympic culture and education. At the same time, they have a unique understanding of the universal value and multiculturalism of the Olympic Games, and hold that the Olympic Games should not be confined to European and American cultures, but should be multicultural, and that the humanistic spirit is the core of the Olympic Movement.
