【摘要】：訓(xùn)練保障是當(dāng)今競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展強(qiáng)有力的支撐,競(jìng)技體育運(yùn)動(dòng)水平的提高,一方面是運(yùn)動(dòng)員刻苦訓(xùn)練、頑強(qiáng)拼搏的結(jié)果,另一方面與為他們提供的后勤服務(wù)保障是密不可分的,每名冠軍的背后都凝聚著無(wú)數(shù)資金、科技、器材、信息以及人力等的投入,若沒(méi)有了這些保障措施將在很大程度上影響備戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。我國(guó)散打運(yùn)動(dòng)員競(jìng)技水平雖然很高,但訓(xùn)練保障始終沒(méi)有質(zhì)的改變,隨著散打項(xiàng)目的推廣,世界各國(guó)散打運(yùn)動(dòng)員的競(jìng)技水平有了質(zhì)的飛躍,尤其在近幾年散打國(guó)際賽場(chǎng)上,可以明顯看出差距被逐漸縮小,中國(guó)散打運(yùn)動(dòng)員面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。因此,我們必須改變當(dāng)前散打訓(xùn)練環(huán)境,走科學(xué)化發(fā)展之路,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)散打項(xiàng)目的訓(xùn)練保障建設(shè),為運(yùn)動(dòng)員創(chuàng)造良好的后勤保障服務(wù)。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地調(diào)研法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法,以我國(guó)各省散打代表隊(duì)為研究對(duì)象,深入了解各運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)有關(guān)訓(xùn)練保障建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,找出存在的問(wèn)題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建完善的散打訓(xùn)練保障體系,旨在為我國(guó)散打運(yùn)動(dòng)員日常訓(xùn)練比賽訓(xùn)練提供有力的服務(wù)保障。主要研究結(jié)論:1、當(dāng)前我國(guó)各省運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)散打水平參差不齊,對(duì)于運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練保障也呈現(xiàn)出不均衡現(xiàn)象,在基礎(chǔ)保障上差別不大,但在科研保障上還存在差距,通常水平越高,成績(jī)?cè)絻?yōu)秀的隊(duì)伍在科研保障方面一般做的比較好,反之,則較差。2、運(yùn)動(dòng)員心理在運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練中都有著舉足輕重的地位,而我們整體運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)在運(yùn)動(dòng)員心理保障上卻很薄弱,運(yùn)動(dòng)員心理訓(xùn)練手段的應(yīng)用,賽前心理調(diào)節(jié)安排,日常心理教育和心理咨詢等方面有待加強(qiáng)。運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)通常以競(jìng)賽成績(jī)?yōu)榈谝晃?將運(yùn)動(dòng)員視為工作成績(jī)和晉升的工具,從而真正缺乏對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員日常生活的關(guān)心與支持。3、當(dāng)今世界運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練與競(jìng)賽發(fā)生很大的變化,科學(xué)技術(shù)在運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練體系中扮演著不可或缺的作用,但是現(xiàn)行散打訓(xùn)練服務(wù)保障中,科技服務(wù)與專項(xiàng)技術(shù)、戰(zhàn)術(shù)還缺乏緊密結(jié)合,如利用圖像分析軟件系統(tǒng),分析技術(shù)、戰(zhàn)術(shù),采用激光測(cè)速系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)作速度監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷等手段的運(yùn)用,需要我們與時(shí)俱進(jìn),進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)在此方面的建設(shè)力度。4、綜合分析以美國(guó)、俄羅斯、日本、英國(guó)、澳大利亞等為首的世界體育強(qiáng)國(guó),整體的訓(xùn)練保障建設(shè)呈現(xiàn)出綜合性、多功能性特點(diǎn),以及不惜代價(jià)建設(shè)大規(guī)模的訓(xùn)練基地、建立完善的信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)和科研服務(wù)中心等特性。相比較而言,我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的散打訓(xùn)練保障體系仍然是項(xiàng)目自成體系的小、服務(wù)保障不全的格局,整體資源配置缺乏,保障效率低下。
[Abstract]:Training support is a powerful support for the development of competitive sports today. The improvement of the level of competitive sports is, on the one hand, the result of hard training and tenacious struggle of athletes, on the other hand, it is inseparable from the logistical services provided to them. Behind each champion is an enormous amount of money, technology, equipment, information and manpower that, without these safeguards, will largely affect the achievement of strategic goals. Although the competitive level of Chinese Sanda athletes is very high, the training guarantee has never changed qualitatively. With the promotion of Sanda events, the competitive level of Sanda athletes from all over the world has made a qualitative leap, especially in the international arena of Sanda in recent years. It can be seen that the gap is gradually narrowing, Chinese Sanda athletes are facing enormous challenges. Therefore, we must change the current Sanda training environment, take the road of scientific development, strengthen the construction of Sanda training support, and create good logistic services for athletes. With the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, field investigation, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper takes the Sanda teams of various provinces in China as the research object, and deeply understands the current situation of the training guarantee construction of the sports teams. Find out the existing problems, and on this basis, construct a perfect Sanda training security system, in order to provide effective service for the daily training and competition training of Chinese Sanda athletes. The main conclusion of the study is: 1. At present, the level of Sanda of sports teams in various provinces of our country is uneven, and there is also an uneven phenomenon for athletes' training support. There is little difference in basic support, but there is still a gap in scientific research support. The higher the level is, the higher the level is. The more outstanding teams generally do better in terms of scientific research security, whereas, on the contrary, the psychological status of athletes plays an important role in sports training, whereas our overall sports team is very weak in the psychological security of athletes. The application of athletes' psychological training means, pre-competition psychological adjustment arrangement, daily psychological education and psychological counseling need to be strengthened. Sports teams usually take competition achievement as the first place, regard athletes as the tool of work achievement and promotion, so they really lack care and support for the daily life of athletes. Nowadays, great changes have taken place in sports training and competition in the world. Science and technology play an indispensable role in the sports training system, but in the current Sanda training service guarantee, science and technology service and special technology and tactics are still lack of close integration, such as using image analysis software system, analysis technology, tactics, The use of laser velocimetry system for the monitoring and diagnosis of motion velocity requires us to keep pace with the times, further strengthen the construction in this respect .4.The comprehensive analysis is based on the United States, Russia, Japan, Britain, etc. Australia and other world sports powers, the overall training support construction presents comprehensive, multi-functional characteristics, as well as the construction of large-scale training bases at any cost. Establish a perfect information network platform and scientific research service center and other characteristics. In contrast, the existing Sanda training security system in China is still a small project self-supporting system, incomplete service security, lack of overall resource allocation, and low security efficiency.
