【摘要】：運用實地考察法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法等,對我國四項城市馬拉松賽事參賽者服務的各個環(huán)節(jié)進行比較研究。結(jié)論:四項馬拉松賽事在不同的服務環(huán)節(jié)中各有自己的亮點和特色,也存在改進和提升的空間;總體上來說,2015上海國際馬拉松賽在參賽者服務各方面做得最細致專業(yè);2016廈門國際馬拉松賽在物資領取方面有創(chuàng)新,但在存取包、分區(qū)站位、人員疏散等方面存在不足;2016成都雙遺馬拉松賽和2016武漢馬拉松賽在參賽者服務各方面亮點頗多。
[Abstract]:By using the method of field investigation and data statistics, this paper makes a comparative study on the service links of participants in four city marathons in China. Conclusion: each of the four marathons has its own bright spots and characteristics in different service links, and there is room for improvement and improvement. Overall speaking, the Shanghai International Marathon 2015 has been the most detailed and professional in all aspects of contestant service. Xiamen International Marathon 2016 has been innovative in terms of material collection, but in access packages, district stations, There are some shortcomings in evacuation, such as Chengdu double Marathon in 2016 and Wuhan Marathon in 2016.
