【摘要】：為改變學(xué)生在傳統(tǒng)的健美操教學(xué)課上只重視健美操技術(shù)的完成,輕學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)力,整套操化動作無活力無激情的現(xiàn)狀,將美國的運(yùn)動教育模式引入高校健美操課堂中,進(jìn)行為期四個月的健美操運(yùn)動教育模式和傳統(tǒng)教育模式的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)。實(shí)踐證明:運(yùn)動教育模式能大大提高學(xué)生的健美操學(xué)習(xí)積極性,從而調(diào)動了課堂氣氛,學(xué)生在健美操實(shí)踐能力、音樂能力、表現(xiàn)能力有大幅度提高。結(jié)論健美操表現(xiàn)力是健美操教學(xué)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),運(yùn)動教育模式有利于學(xué)生健美操表現(xiàn)力的培養(yǎng),且操作簡單易行,深受學(xué)生歡迎,適合在我國高校普遍開展。
[Abstract]:In order to change the present situation that students only attach importance to the completion of aerobics techniques in traditional aerobics teaching class, and pay attention to the students' expressiveness, the whole set of exercises have no vitality and no passion, the American sports education model is introduced into the aerobics class in colleges and universities. Four-month aerobics education model and traditional education model of experimental teaching. Practice has proved that the sports education model can greatly improve the enthusiasm of students' aerobics learning, thus arousing the classroom atmosphere, students' practical ability in aerobics, music ability, performance ability has been greatly improved. Conclusion Aerobics expressiveness is a weak link in aerobics teaching. The sports education model is beneficial to the cultivation of students' aerobics expressiveness. It is easy to operate and is well received by students. It is suitable for general development in colleges and universities in China.
