【摘要】：近年來,人民對身心健康追求的愿望越來越強烈,對健身項目的選擇也變得挑剔,與此同時,中國傳統(tǒng)民族文化正在尋找有效傳播途徑。2008年北京奧運會的成功申辦,向世界人民展現(xiàn)了中國的魅力,為中華民族文化的傳播帶來了得天獨厚的優(yōu)勢,民族傳統(tǒng)體育項目成為大眾的焦點。在這樣的背景下,民族健身操的開發(fā)研究勢在必行,這對推動民族傳統(tǒng)體育的現(xiàn)代化具有重要的理論與實踐意義。本文以廣西彝族健身操的創(chuàng)編為出發(fā)點,運用文獻資料法、專家訪談法和錄像觀察法,提煉出彝族舞蹈中的特色元素,結(jié)合健身操項目特點進行操化編排,創(chuàng)編出一套具有彝族特色的民族健身操,并拍攝表演與教學視頻,為廣大健身操愛好者提供一套全新的富有文化內(nèi)涵的套路,為健身操的發(fā)展起到積極的推動作用,也為全民健身運動的開展提供全新的視角。總結(jié)了創(chuàng)編的原則、要素、方法和具體的操作步驟,為民族健身操的發(fā)展提供切合實際的理論支撐,為豐富和完善民族健身操的理論體系提供一些參考思路。對彝族傳統(tǒng)文化的繼承與發(fā)揚提供了新的載體,為中國少數(shù)民族文化傳播提供新的方法和途徑。在項目推廣的同時,促進各民族之間的了解,為中華民族團結(jié)奠定了基礎。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the people's desire for physical and mental health has become stronger and stronger, and the choice of fitness events has become picky. At the same time, Chinese traditional national culture is looking for an effective way to spread. The successful bid for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. It shows the charm of China to the people of the world and brings unique advantages to the spread of Chinese culture. The traditional national sports have become the focus of the public. Under this background, it is imperative to develop and study the national aerobics, which has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the modernization of national traditional sports. This paper takes the creation and compilation of the aerobics of the Yi nationality in Guangxi as the starting point, using the method of literature, expert interview and video observation, abstracts the characteristic elements in the dance of the Yi nationality, and combines the characteristics of the aerobics with the characteristics of the aerobics to arrange the exercises. To create a set of national aerobics with Yi characteristics, and shoot performances and teaching videos, to provide a new set of cultural connotations for the majority of aerobics enthusiasts, and play a positive role in promoting the development of aerobics. Also for the development of national fitness campaign to provide a new perspective. This paper summarizes the principles, elements, methods and concrete operation steps of the creation of national aerobics, provides practical theoretical support for the development of national calisthenics, and provides some reference ideas for enriching and perfecting the theoretical system of national calisthenics. It provides a new carrier for the inheritance and development of the traditional culture of the Yi nationality, and provides a new method and way for the spread of the Chinese minority culture. At the same time, promote the understanding between the various nationalities, for the Chinese nation unity laid the foundation.
