【摘要】：以“全國乒乓球后備人才基地”河南“中國乒協(xié)濮陽乒乓球?qū)嶒?yàn)學(xué)校”(以下簡稱“濮陽乒�！�)的訓(xùn)練模式為研究對象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、走訪調(diào)查法與專家訪談法,實(shí)地考察法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法和綜合分析法對該校的發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究與分析,歸納出他們訓(xùn)練模式的主要做法。有以下意義:一是有助于完善提高乒乓球后備力量培養(yǎng)的方式方法。二是有助于推進(jìn)乒乓球人才培養(yǎng)體制機(jī)制的改革與創(chuàng)新。三是有助于為全國其他乒乓球?qū)W校和俱樂部在訓(xùn)練模式方面提供有益的借鑒或指導(dǎo)作用,提高乒乓球人才的培養(yǎng)效果。得出以下結(jié)論:(1)“學(xué)訓(xùn)一體化”的先進(jìn)體制是濮陽乒校取得成功的重要基礎(chǔ)。這一體制適應(yīng)了當(dāng)今時(shí)代培養(yǎng)知識(shí)型運(yùn)動(dòng)員的發(fā)展方向,在解決體育界長期存在的專業(yè)訓(xùn)練和文化學(xué)習(xí)不能很好兼顧方面走出了一條新路。(2)勇于探索進(jìn)取是濮陽乒校具有生命力的重要源泉。多年來,該校緊跟乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的形勢,積極探索,與時(shí)俱進(jìn),形成了“強(qiáng)化反手技術(shù)”、“兩面反膠攻削結(jié)合”等多種打法,為乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展做出了貢獻(xiàn)。(3)成績突出是濮陽乒校不斷成長發(fā)展的重要保證。多年來,該校在訓(xùn)練上形成了一套先進(jìn)理念,在模式上有一套行之有效的方法,在實(shí)踐上取得了良好的效果,并在省級(jí)以上的各類比賽中取得了優(yōu)異成績。(4)培養(yǎng)的后備人才多是濮陽乒校長盛不衰的重要支撐。該校把為國家培養(yǎng)乒乓球人才作為宗旨,多年來先后接收了全國及國外千余名學(xué)生,為國家、省市輸送了一批后備人才和體育教師及教練。存在的問題則有:(1)積累的影視資料和相關(guān)的文字資料不足,不利于教學(xué)和擴(kuò)大學(xué)校的影響力。(2)現(xiàn)主要負(fù)責(zé)人員具有較高威信,但年事已高,后繼人員能否把該校的優(yōu)勢繼承發(fā)揚(yáng)下去,是人們關(guān)注的一個(gè)重要問題。針對存在問題,提出以下建議:(1)濮陽乒校應(yīng)在繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)學(xué)訓(xùn)一體化等優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)上,加強(qiáng)宣傳力度,進(jìn)一步提高知名度和影響力。(2)加強(qiáng)對乒校后備老師、教練師資力量的培養(yǎng),保障師資力量不斷層,以增強(qiáng)對社會(huì)的吸引力。(3)當(dāng)?shù)卣蜕鐣?huì)力量應(yīng)加大扶持力度,幫助他們克服困難,使學(xué)校辦的更好,為國家做出更多的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Taking the training model of "National Table Tennis Reserve Talent Base" Henan "Puyang Table Tennis Experimental School of China Table Tennis Association" (hereinafter referred to as "Puyang Table Tennis School") as the research object, using the method of literature and materials, visiting investigation method and expert interview method, The development and present situation of the school are studied and analyzed by field investigation, data statistics and comprehensive analysis, and the main methods of their training mode are summarized. Has the following significance: first, is helpful to improve the table tennis reserve strength training way and method. Second, it is helpful to promote the reform and innovation of table tennis talent training system and mechanism. The third is helpful for other table tennis schools and clubs in the training mode to provide useful reference or guidance to improve the training of table tennis talent. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) the advanced system of "the integration of learning and training" is the important foundation for the success of Puyang Table Tennis School. This system adapts to the development direction of training knowledge athletes in modern times. A new way has been found in solving the problem that the professional training and cultural study in the sports circles can not be well taken into account. (2) the courage to explore and forge ahead is an important source of vitality for Puyang Table Tennis School. Over the years, the school has closely followed the development of table tennis, actively explored and kept pace with the times, formed "strengthen backhand techniques", "two sides of the anti-glue attack and cutting combination" and other playing methods. It has contributed to the development of table tennis. (3) outstanding achievement is an important guarantee for the development of table tennis school in Puyang. Over the years, the school has developed a set of advanced concepts in training, a set of effective methods in the mode, and achieved good results in practice. And achieved excellent results in all kinds of competitions above the provincial level. (4) the reserve talents are the important support of Puyang Table Tennis School. For many years, the school has received more than a thousand students from all over the country and abroad, and has sent a group of reserve talents and physical education teachers and coaches to the country, provinces and cities as the tenet of training table tennis talents for the country. The existing problems are: (1) the accumulation of film and television materials and related text materials are insufficient, which is not conducive to teaching and expanding the influence of the school. (2) the main responsible personnel now have a high prestige, but they are old. Whether the successors can carry forward the advantages of the school is an important issue that people pay attention to. In view of the existing problems, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) Puyang Table Tennis School should, on the basis of continuing to carry forward the advantages of the integration of learning and training, strengthen propaganda, further enhance its popularity and influence, and (2) strengthen the training of the reserve teachers and coaches of the table tennis school. (3) the local government and social forces should strengthen the support, help them overcome the difficulties, make the school run better, and make more contribution for the country.
