【摘要】：本文主要通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法和問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)阜新市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)群眾體育管理策略進(jìn)行研究,通過調(diào)查研究阜新市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)群眾體育開展現(xiàn)狀、管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的管理策略,為阜新市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)群眾體育管理提供參考性建議。論文共分為五個(gè)部分,分別為:第一章前言主要闡述選題背景和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述;第二章主要探討研究對(duì)象和主要的研究方法;第三章主要闡述了研究結(jié)果并分析了研究結(jié)果;第四章主要為研究結(jié)論;第五章主要是針對(duì)阜新市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)群眾體育管理中的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。通過調(diào)查與分析,得出的結(jié)論如下:1.阜新市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)群眾體育開展現(xiàn)狀不太完善,很大程度上需要提高和改革;2.阜新市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)群眾體育管理機(jī)制仍然存在一些問題,需要不斷完善和健全,更需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)專業(yè)體育訓(xùn)練人員的引進(jìn);3.相關(guān)政府機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)阜新市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)群眾體育管理的重視程度不夠,需要結(jié)合一些具體的方法提高相關(guān)政府部門對(duì)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)群眾體育的重視程度,同時(shí)也需要投入大量的人力、物力來支持鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)群眾體育的管理;4.阜新市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)群眾體育管理中存在的主要問題有政策方面的欠缺、政府方面的不作為和群眾參與積極性和主動(dòng)性不夠等;5.提出阜新市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)群眾體育管理對(duì)策,主要有強(qiáng)化政府和群眾的體育理念、加強(qiáng)體育投入和持續(xù)更新體育活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目等。
[Abstract]:This article mainly through the literature material method, the interview method and the questionnaire investigation method carries on the research to the Fuxin city township mass sports management strategy, through the investigation research Fuxin city township mass sports development present situation, the management present situation carries on the thorough analysis. Then put forward the corresponding management strategy, for Fuxin township mass sports management to provide reference suggestions. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first chapter mainly describes the background of the topic selection and related literature review; the second chapter mainly discusses the research object and main research methods; the third chapter mainly describes the research results and analysis of the results; The fourth chapter is the conclusion of the research, the fifth chapter is aimed at the problems in the rural mass sports management in Fuxin, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Through investigation and analysis, the conclusion is as follows: 1. The present situation of mass sports in Fuxin is not perfect, and it needs to be improved and reformed to a great extent. There are still some problems in the management mechanism of mass sports in the villages and towns of Fuxin, which need to be perfected and perfected constantly, and the introduction of professional sports trainers should be strengthened. The relevant government agencies have not paid enough attention to the management of mass sports in villages and towns in Fuxin, so it is necessary to combine some concrete methods to improve the attention of relevant government departments to mass sports in towns and townships, and at the same time, they also need to put in a lot of manpower. Material resources to support the management of mass sports in villages and towns. The main problems in the management of mass sports in the villages and towns of Fuxin are the lack of policies, the inaction of the government and the lack of enthusiasm and initiative of the masses. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the management of mass sports in villages and towns in Fuxin, such as strengthening the sports concept of the government and the masses, strengthening the sports investment and renewing the sports activities continuously, and so on.
