全身振動(dòng)介入抗阻力訓(xùn)練對(duì)能量消耗的影響研究
[Abstract]:To explore the effect of systemic vibration intervention on energy consumption in order to provide basis for weight control and effective exercise prescription. Methods: taking the healthy male of physical education major in our hospital as the object, The oxygen uptake and energy consumption of the experimental group resistance exercise resistance training and the control group resistance exercise RE were monitored by gas metabolism analyzer and heart rate meter. And use SPSS17.0 to carry on the statistical analysis to the correlation index. Results: the total energy expenditure and maximal oxygen intake per minute in REV group were significantly higher than those in RE group during and after training (0-25 minutes 25-50 points). Fat consumption was the main energy consumption in the group of anti-resistance training for a long time after the end of anti-resistance training, and the total energy consumption per minute and maximal oxygen intake per minute in the REV group were significantly higher than those in the RE group (P < 0.05). The ratio of fat energy supply in REV group was significantly higher than that in RE group (3) Anti-resistance training could significantly increase the rate of respiratory exchange and air exchange in training, and the lifting rate of REV group was higher than that of RE group. Conclusion: systemic vibration intervention in anti-resistance training can increase energy consumption more than anti-resistance training alone, and increase the proportion of fat energy supply in the recovery period after training. Therefore, it is very effective for weight control athletes and fitness dieters to use vibration as a means of auxiliary training.
