哈他瑜伽對大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能的影響及其延伸效應(yīng)

【摘要】:本研究選取哈他瑜伽作為干預(yù)方式,探討8周的哈他瑜伽對大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能的影響及其延伸效應(yīng),為促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的心理健康,以及瑜伽課程的設(shè)置與推廣提供理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。本研究由兩個部分組成:研究一為縱向干預(yù),采用實(shí)驗(yàn)法探究哈他瑜伽是否能夠提升情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能。選取某高校非體育專業(yè)49名在校大學(xué)生,皆為女性。平均年齡20.98±1.450歲,實(shí)驗(yàn)組25人,對照組24人。實(shí)驗(yàn)材料為《情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能問卷》,干預(yù)時間為8周,采用重復(fù)測量的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。使用SPSS 22.0和Excel軟件包進(jìn)行重復(fù)測量方差分析,數(shù)據(jù)處理。研究結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過8周的運(yùn)動干預(yù),情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能中“調(diào)節(jié)生氣/憤怒情緒自我效能”、“調(diào)節(jié)正性情緒自我效能”和“調(diào)節(jié)沮喪/痛苦情緒自我效能”3個維度的干預(yù)時間×類型的交互作用顯著;“感受正性情緒自我效能”干預(yù)前后未見顯著變化。表明8周的哈他瑜伽對大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能有積極影響,結(jié)果整體支持了假設(shè)一。研究二在研究一的基礎(chǔ)上為了探討其延伸效應(yīng),選取了應(yīng)對方式這一心理指標(biāo)做了橫斷研究,檢驗(yàn)了情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能在哈他瑜伽和應(yīng)對方式之間的中介效應(yīng)。選取了某高校非體育專業(yè)300名學(xué)生參與心理測驗(yàn),其中瑜伽鍛煉組80人,非鍛煉組220人,年齡=19.69±1.446歲。實(shí)驗(yàn)材料為《大學(xué)生應(yīng)對方式問卷》、《情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能問卷》,所有數(shù)據(jù)使用SPSS 22.0和Excel進(jìn)行回歸分析。研究結(jié)果表明瑜伽練習(xí)對“問題取向”、“情緒取向”和“回避”均有顯著的預(yù)測作用;瑜伽練習(xí)對情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能具有顯著預(yù)測作用;情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能在是否練習(xí)瑜伽與“問題取向”、“情緒取向”和“回避”三種應(yīng)對方式之間均具有中介作用。結(jié)果表明哈他瑜伽與積極應(yīng)對方式之間存在正向相關(guān)關(guān)系,情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能在其中起中介作用。哈他瑜伽練習(xí),可通過提升大學(xué)生的情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能來進(jìn)一步改善大學(xué)生的應(yīng)對方式,結(jié)果支持了假設(shè)二。結(jié)論:1)為期8周每周2次每次60分鐘的哈他瑜伽能夠有效的提高大學(xué)生的情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能水平。2)哈他瑜伽練習(xí)的延伸效應(yīng)在于:它通過提升大學(xué)生的情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能,進(jìn)而改善其應(yīng)對方式。
[Abstract]:In this study, Hatha Yoga was chosen as an intervention to explore the effects of Hatha Yoga on emotional regulation self-efficacy of college students and its extended effects, in order to promote the mental health of college students. As well as the yoga course setting and promotion provides the theory and the practice basis. This study consists of two parts: one is longitudinal intervention, and the other is to investigate whether Hatha yoga can improve the self-efficacy of emotion regulation. Select a certain university non-sports major 49 college students, all are women. The average age was 20.98 鹵1.450 years old, 25 in the experimental group and 24 in the control group. The experimental material was emotional Regulation self-efficacy questionnaire. The intervention time was 8 weeks. Using SPSS 22. 0 and Excel software package for repeated measurement ANOVA, data processing. The results showed that after 8 weeks of exercise intervention, emotion regulation self-efficacy was regulated in anger / anger mood self-efficacy. The interaction between the three dimensions of "regulating positive emotional self-efficacy" and "regulating depression / pain emotional self-efficacy" was significant, while "feeling positive emotional self-efficacy" had no significant change before and after intervention. The results showed that Hatha Yoga for 8 weeks had a positive effect on emotional regulation self-efficacy of college students, and the results supported hypothesis 1. In the second study, in order to explore its extension effect, the psychological index of coping style was chosen to conduct a crosscutting study, and the mediating effect of emotional regulation self-efficacy between Hatha yoga and coping style was tested. A total of 300 students of non-physical education major in a university were selected to take part in the psychological test, of which 80 were in the yoga exercise group and 220 in the non-exercise group, with an age of 19.69 鹵1.446 years. The experimental materials were "College students coping style questionnaire" and "emotion Regulation Self-efficacy questionnaire". All the data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and Excel regression analysis. The results show that yoga exercises have a significant predictive effect on "problem orientation", "emotional orientation" and "avoidance", and yoga exercises have a significant predictive effect on self-efficacy of emotion regulation. Emotional self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between yoga and "problem orientation", "emotional orientation" and "avoidance". The results showed that there was a positive correlation between hatha yoga and positive coping style, in which emotion regulation self-efficacy played an intermediary role. Hatha yoga practice can further improve the coping style of college students by improving their emotional self-efficacy. The results support hypothesis 2. Conclusion: (1) Hatha Yoga, twice a week for 8 weeks, can effectively improve the emotional regulation self-efficacy of college students. 2. The extended effect of Hatha Yoga practice is that it can improve the emotional self-efficacy of college students. And then improve its coping style.
