太原市U-17男子籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員非智力因素特點(diǎn)及影響因素研究

【摘要】:非智力因素是智慧活動(dòng)的動(dòng)力調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng),屬于心理學(xué)范疇。由于人的心理活動(dòng)包括非智力因素和智力因素兩大系列,所以,在對運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行心理訓(xùn)練可劃分為智力因素訓(xùn)練和非智力因素訓(xùn)練兩部分。從非智力因素角度看,在訓(xùn)練場或賽場上由于非智力因素方面的發(fā)展不足,許多運(yùn)動(dòng)員不能充分發(fā)揮出自己的競技水平或慘遭失敗;相反,如果自身非智力因素發(fā)展優(yōu)良,運(yùn)動(dòng)員就可以超水平發(fā)揮出競技水平。由此可見,非智力因素對于運(yùn)動(dòng)員在訓(xùn)練及比賽中競技能力的發(fā)揮有著密切的關(guān)系。本文旨在通過對太原市U-17男子籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員非智力因素調(diào)查,尋找出太原市U-17男子籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的非智力因素的特點(diǎn),以及對其的影響因素,對太原市籃球教練員的日常訓(xùn)練提供可靠的依據(jù),并針對具體情況做出相應(yīng)的對策。本文的意義在于面對籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)日益發(fā)展的今天,我們更應(yīng)充分認(rèn)識(shí)到籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員非智力因素與智力因素和諧發(fā)展的緊迫性與重要性,立足青少年,齊抓共管,著實(shí)解決太原市青少年籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的非智力因素問題,努力培養(yǎng)出更多優(yōu)秀的籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員,因此本文具有極大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、心理測量法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法的研究后,對太原市U-17青少年男子籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的非智力因素進(jìn)行對比分析研究。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn):1.太原市U-17運(yùn)動(dòng)員比U-15運(yùn)動(dòng)員在情緒穩(wěn)定性和注意穩(wěn)定性里得分更高,年齡更大的運(yùn)動(dòng)員非智力因素更好;2.在除了運(yùn)動(dòng)堅(jiān)持性這個(gè)維度里,訓(xùn)練時(shí)間越長,非智力因素越高,總體來說,非智力因素是跟著訓(xùn)練時(shí)間的增加而逐漸發(fā)展的;3.太原市U-17男子籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員中初高中學(xué)歷之間對比,非智力因素差異不明顯;4.太原市不同位置青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)員的非智力因素還是有一定差異的,后衛(wèi)球員非智力因素要高于前鋒和中鋒,而前鋒和中鋒球員非智力因素差異不明顯;5.在太原市U-17男子籃球隊(duì)伍中,主力比替補(bǔ)有更好的運(yùn)動(dòng)自信心,且由于運(yùn)動(dòng)成績較好更容易有較高的成就動(dòng)機(jī),因此可以說明非智力因素更加能促進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員達(dá)到較高的運(yùn)動(dòng)水平;6.U-17年齡段里的二級(jí)以上運(yùn)動(dòng)員比二級(jí)以下運(yùn)動(dòng)員在成就動(dòng)機(jī)和情緒穩(wěn)定性的維度里得分更高;7.在太原市U-17男子籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員中農(nóng)村球員和城市球員非智力因素有一定差異,由于農(nóng)村球員運(yùn)動(dòng)焦慮得分更高,但農(nóng)村球員情緒穩(wěn)定性更好;8.通過因子分析的方法,從23項(xiàng)影響青少年籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員非智力的因素里提取出五個(gè)主要因子,他們分別是,社會(huì)家庭因素、教練員因素、運(yùn)動(dòng)員因素、運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)因素和訓(xùn)練因素。其中社會(huì)家庭因素起著決定作用,教練員因素有主導(dǎo)作用,運(yùn)動(dòng)員因素則對其本身的非智力發(fā)展起著能動(dòng)作用,運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)因素有促進(jìn)和制約的功能,而訓(xùn)練因素則是直接影響著青少年非智力因素的發(fā)展。最后給出建議,在遵循培養(yǎng)青少年競技運(yùn)動(dòng)員非智力因素的原則下,注意并加強(qiáng)對運(yùn)動(dòng)員的選拔與培養(yǎng),對具有不同非智力因素特征的運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行不同程度、不同方式的針對性心理訓(xùn)練和引導(dǎo),同時(shí)教練員要注意發(fā)展運(yùn)動(dòng)員的競技能力與其競技能力相適應(yīng)的非智力因素。
[Abstract]:The non intelligence factor is the dynamic regulation system of intellectual activity, which belongs to the category of psychology. As the human psychological activities include two series of non intellectual and intellectual factors, the psychological training of athletes can be divided into two parts: intelligence factor training and non intellectual factor training. On the field, because of the insufficient development of non intellectual factors, many athletes can not give full play to their competitive level or defeat. On the contrary, if their own non intelligence factors develop well, the athletes can play the competitive level in super level. Thus, the non intelligence factors can be used in the athletic ability of the athletes in training and competition. The purpose of this paper is to find out the non intellectual factors of the U-17 men's basketball players in the city of Taiyuan, and to find out the characteristics of the non intelligence factors of the U-17 men basketball players in Taiyuan and the factors affecting them, and provide a reliable basis for the daily training of the basketball coaches in Taiyuan, and make a contrast to the specific circumstances. The significance of this article is that in the face of the growing development of basketball, we should fully realize the urgency and importance of the harmonious development of the non intellectual and intellectual factors of the basketball players, based on the youth, and pay attention to the problem of the non intellectual factors of the young basketball players in Taiyuan and try to cultivate them. More excellent basketball players, therefore, this article has great practical significance. In the study of the non intelligence factors of the U-17 young men basketball players in Taiyuan after the study of literature, questionnaire, psychological measurement, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the author has studied the non intelligence factors of the young men's basketball players in the city of Taiyuan. 1 The Taiyuan U-17 athletes scored higher than the U-15 athletes in emotional stability and attention stability, and the older athletes had better non intelligence factors. 2. in addition to the exercise persistence dimension, the longer the training time was, the higher the non intelligence factors, and overall, the non intellectual factors were gradually developed with the increase of training time; 3. Taiyuan U-17 men's basketball players in the middle and early middle and high school education contrast, the difference of non intelligence factors is not obvious; 4. the non intelligence factors of young athletes in different places in Taiyuan are still different, the non intelligence factors of the defender are higher than the forward and center, while the difference of the non intelligence factors between the forward and the center front players is not obvious; 5. in Taiyuan In the city U-17 men's basketball team, the main force is more confident than the substitute, and it is easier to have higher achievement motivation because of better athletic performance. Therefore, it can be explained that the non intelligence factors can promote the athletes to reach a higher level of sport. The achievement motivation of the two level athletes in the 6.U-17 age paragraph is more than that of the lower two. There is a higher score in the dimension of emotional stability; 7. in the U-17 men's basketball players in Taiyuan, there are certain differences in the non intellectual factors between the rural players and the city players, because the scores of rural players' Sports anxiety are higher, but the emotional stability of the rural players is better. 8. through the method of factor analysis, the 23 factors affect the non intelligence of the young basketball players. Five main factors are extracted from the factors of force. They are social family factor, coach factor, athlete factor, sports team factor and training factor. The social family factor plays a decisive role, the coach factor plays a leading role, and the athlete factor plays an active role in its own non intellectual development and the sports team factors. It has the function of promoting and restricting, and the training factor is directly affecting the development of the non intelligence factors of young people. Finally, it gives some suggestions. In accordance with the principle of training the non intelligence factors of young athletes, we should pay attention to and strengthen the selection and training of the athletes, and carry out different degrees to the athletes with different non intelligence factors. Different ways of targeted psychological training and guidance, and coaches should pay attention to the development of athletes'competitive ability and its non-intellectual factors.
