【摘要】：中國職業(yè)化體育不斷的在發(fā)展,不斷的在進(jìn)步。雖然中國將全民健身上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,但是競技體育仍為體育行業(yè)最重要的領(lǐng)域。近年來,在競技體育比賽的各項(xiàng)比賽中和運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練的管理中,出現(xiàn)了一些不恰當(dāng)?shù)默F(xiàn)象和問題,不僅僅違背了競技體育更高、更快、更強(qiáng)的精神,也阻礙了競技運(yùn)動(dòng)和競技運(yùn)動(dòng)員的發(fā)展,嚴(yán)重違背了體育理念。本文以體育理念與競技運(yùn)動(dòng)員的發(fā)展作為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法和問卷調(diào)查法等,總結(jié)相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)以及國內(nèi)外競技運(yùn)動(dòng)員的職業(yè)發(fā)展的情況,結(jié)合理論與實(shí)踐,重新梳理競技體育的相關(guān)概念,比較深入地探討了體育管理中所出現(xiàn)問題的表現(xiàn)形式和產(chǎn)生原因。為競技體育的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。研究認(rèn)為,隨著競技體育的發(fā)展,管理體制也應(yīng)該隨著進(jìn)行改革,否則將無法繼續(xù)引導(dǎo)競技體育的發(fā)展。結(jié)合中國國情,借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家體育理念,將體育組織社會(huì)化、優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)高�；�、專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)化、綜合性運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)群眾化。中國專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員要融入職業(yè)化發(fā)展中,必須在管理上處理好與“舉國體制”之間的關(guān)系。將“舉國體制”與職業(yè)化有機(jī)結(jié)合,發(fā)揮國家支持體育的優(yōu)勢減少舉國體制中的不利因素。體育管理的發(fā)展要不斷的適應(yīng)社會(huì)的需要,政府的職能也要依靠競技體育的發(fā)展而發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,以此來促進(jìn)競技體育和體育事業(yè)的融合和全面發(fā)展。競技體育應(yīng)當(dāng)成長在群眾體育中,而且,應(yīng)當(dāng)依照“以人為本”的理念,把人放在首位,競技體育人才的培養(yǎng)要符合“以人為本”的培養(yǎng)理念,這樣全民體育和競技體育才有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:Professional sports in China are constantly developing and making progress. Although China has promoted national fitness as a national strategy, competitive sports remain the most important area of the sports industry. In recent years, there have been some inappropriate phenomena and problems in the competition of competitive sports and in the management of athletes' training, which is not only contrary to the higher, faster and stronger spirit of competitive sports. Also hindered the development of competitive sports and athletes, seriously violated the concept of sports. This article takes the sports idea and the athletics athlete's development as the research object, uses the literature method, the interview method and the questionnaire survey method, summarizes the related research literature and the domestic and foreign competitive athlete's professional development situation, unifies the theory and the practice. This paper reviews the related concepts of competitive sports, and probes into the forms and causes of the problems in sports management. To provide a theoretical basis for the healthy and sustainable development of competitive sports. The study holds that with the development of competitive sports, the management system should also be reformed, otherwise, it will not be able to continue to guide the development of competitive sports. Combined with the national conditions of China, the sports organization should be socialized, the excellent sports team should be universitized, the professional athletes should be professionalized, and the comprehensive sports meeting should be popularized by drawing lessons from the sports ideas of the developed countries. In order to integrate professional athletes into professional development, Chinese professional athletes must deal with the relationship between the national system and the management. Combining the "national system" with professionalization organically, the advantages of state support for sports can be brought into play and the unfavorable factors in the national system will be reduced. The development of sports management should constantly adapt to the needs of the society, and the functions of the government should also be changed by the development of competitive sports, in order to promote the integration and comprehensive development of competitive sports and sports undertakings. Competitive sports should grow up in mass sports, moreover, people should be put in the first place according to the idea of "people-oriented", and the cultivation of competitive sports talents should conform to the "people-oriented" training concept. Only then the whole people sports and the athletics sports has the broad development prospect.
