【摘要】：我國(guó)校園足球教練員網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)是一個(gè)新興的研究領(lǐng)域,目前還未有完整的理論構(gòu)架和體系。本研究以系統(tǒng)論、泛在學(xué)習(xí)理論、課程設(shè)計(jì)理論、MOOC理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合、定性與定量相結(jié)合、抽象與具體相結(jié)合、規(guī)范與統(tǒng)一相結(jié)合的分析方法,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料、專(zhuān)家訪談、專(zhuān)家評(píng)價(jià)、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、程序設(shè)計(jì)、邏輯分析等研究方法,在確證我國(guó)學(xué)校足球教練員的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)我國(guó)校園足球教練員網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行了構(gòu)想。研究認(rèn)為:1)在傳統(tǒng)的"面授試"足球教練員崗位培訓(xùn)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介可實(shí)行跨地區(qū)、跨地域的遠(yuǎn)程網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)方式;2)以系統(tǒng)論為指導(dǎo),從系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的目的、原則、結(jié)構(gòu)、功能與環(huán)境,對(duì)我國(guó)校園足球教練員網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了指導(dǎo);3)我國(guó)校園足球教練員網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)體系由60個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)指標(biāo)、8個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)領(lǐng)域、4個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)方向構(gòu)成三級(jí)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)構(gòu)成;4)根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)的系統(tǒng)原則構(gòu)想了我國(guó)校園足球教練員網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的模型。
[Abstract]:The network distance training of Chinese campus football coaches is a new research field, and there is no complete theoretical framework and system at present. This study is based on system theory, ubiquitous learning theory, curriculum design theory and MOOC theory. It combines theory with demonstration, qualitative and quantitative analysis, abstract and concrete, norm and unification. Combined with literature, expert interviews, expert evaluation, mathematical statistics, programming, logic analysis and other research methods, On the basis of confirming the professional knowledge structure of school football coaches in our country, this paper conceive the construction of the network distance training system for Chinese campus football coaches. The study shows that on the basis of the traditional "face to face test" football coaches' on-the-job training, the long-distance network training method of cross-region and cross-region can be implemented by using network media. 2) the purpose, principle and structure of the system construction should be taken as the guidance of the system theory. Function and environment, This paper gives a guide to the design of network remote platform for Chinese campus football coaches. 3) the knowledge structure system of network distance training for Chinese campus football coaches consists of 60 professional knowledge indexes, 8 professional knowledge fields and 4 professional knowledge. According to the systematic principle of network distance training, the model of network distance training system for Chinese campus football coaches is proposed.
