運動APP及其影響大學生體育鍛煉行為及效果研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,信息化時代的到來,人們對身體健康充滿渴望,健身成為人們追逐健康生活的方式,實現(xiàn)身強體壯、幸福安樂的生活狀態(tài)成為健身愛好者的共同追求。國家提倡利用電子科技產(chǎn)品推動全民健身的發(fā)展,使科技產(chǎn)品為全民健身服務。運動APP就是在這樣的社會環(huán)境下被研發(fā)并快速火熱起來,迅速崛起的運動APP產(chǎn)業(yè)改變著人們的生活方式,也影響著人們的健身參與熱情。運動健身類APP自2012年國內(nèi)首款運動健身APP咕咚上線以后,大批APP產(chǎn)品應運而生,APP市場逐漸走向成熟。但這種新穎的運動形式到底能不能達到體育鍛煉效果是我研究的出發(fā)點和靈感。本題的研究目的在于研究運動健身類APP對大學生健身行為產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響。研究意義是為推動大學生主動利用APP參與健身提供理論支持,使大學生能夠通過運動APP積極參與健身,養(yǎng)成強身健體、積極鍛煉的良好習慣,積極學習和生活。首先從運動APP的市場規(guī)模和影響力、功能特點對運動APP進行全面的認識;其次對體育鍛煉行為習慣的形成進行實證分析,肯定其是否具有培養(yǎng)體育鍛煉行為習慣的作用;最后分析其對鍛煉行為和效果的影響。通過問卷調(diào)查法、文獻資料法、市場調(diào)查法、實驗研究法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法分析,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)運動APP市場極具生機和活力,具有堅實的群眾基礎(chǔ),具有較大的市場影響力和吸引力;(2)運動APP在界面性、操作性、功能全面性等方面具有鮮明特點。界面特點是簡約清晰鮮明,操作性特點是簡單快捷,且運動記錄保存、語音提示、手機綁帶等增加了用戶體驗度。功能全面性特點是集多種功能于一身,適應用戶需求;(3)通過《鍛煉態(tài)度量表》從行為習慣、目標態(tài)度等8個維度對大學生進行實驗認證,發(fā)現(xiàn)鍛煉態(tài)度整體上與未使用運動APP的學生存在顯著差異,使用運動APP后學生的鍛煉態(tài)度得到了顯著地提升,這表明了運動APP對大學生體育鍛煉行為和習慣具有促進作用;(4)使用效果:APP作為外部因素能彌補部分大學生意志力薄弱的缺陷,驅(qū)動大學生進行體育鍛煉行為,促進鍛煉的主動性;運動時間較規(guī)律,運動時間延長且持續(xù)性高;大學生自己制定訓練計劃實驗前后沒有顯著差異,表明學生普遍不會制定有效的訓練計劃;大學生普遍不了解運動處方,通過實驗前后發(fā)現(xiàn)使用APP后肺活量具有顯著差異,表明APP提供的運動處方具有有效性;運動APP對使用者進行體育鍛煉的黏性,對大學生的鍛煉產(chǎn)生激勵和成就感;運動APP良好的鍛煉健身效果以及對體育鍛煉行為的諸多改變共同促使形成運動激勵,使學生主動參與到體育鍛煉中。運動APP存在技術(shù)集中性較差、宣傳力度不夠大、運動項目適用性有限、生理指標數(shù)據(jù)不夠精確等問題,希望解決問題,推動運動健身計劃的平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展。

The purpose of this study is to study the effect of sports fitness class APP on the fitness behavior of college students. The significance of this study is to promote college students to actively use APP to participate in physical fitness. Theory support, enable college students to participate in fitness through sports APP, develop a strong body, good habit of active exercise, positive study and life. First of all, from the market size and influence of sports APP, functional characteristics of the sports APP to carry out a comprehensive understanding; secondly, the formation of physical exercise habits of empirical analysis, affirmative it is It has the effect of cultivating physical exercise habits and habits; finally, it analyzes its influence on the exercise behavior and effect. Through the questionnaire survey method, the literature data method, the market survey method, the experimental research method and the mathematical statistics, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) the sports APP market has great vitality and vitality, has a solid foundation of the mass, and has a large scale. Market influence and attraction; (2) sports APP has distinct characteristics in the aspects of interface, operability, and overall function. The application of the user needs; (3) through the 8 dimensions of "exercise attitude scale" from behavior habits and target attitude, it is found that there is a significant difference between the exercise attitude and the students who have not used sports APP, and the exercise attitude of the students is significantly improved after the use of sports APP, which shows that sports APP is a sports forging for college students. Practice and habit have a promotion effect; (4) the effect of use: APP as an external factor can make up for the weakness of some college students' weak will, drive college students to carry out physical exercise behavior, promote the initiative of exercise; exercise time is more regular, exercise time is prolonged and continuous high; college students have not shown their own training program before and after the experiment. The difference shows that the students generally do not make effective training programs; the students generally do not understand the exercise prescription, and the vital capacity of the APP has significant difference after the experiment. It shows that the exercise prescription provided by APP is effective; the stickiness of sports APP for the users in sports is encouraged and formed for the exercise of college students. Feeling; sports APP good exercise and fitness effects and many changes in physical exercise behavior to promote the formation of sports incentives, students actively participate in physical exercise. Sports APP has poor technical concentration, insufficient publicity, limited applicability of sports items, and not accurate physiological data, and so on, hope to solve the problem.
