【摘要】：資源的配置和優(yōu)化組合是非常重要的,要想實現(xiàn)資源效益最大化的目標(biāo),必須將各種資源優(yōu)化組合、合理分配。體育旅游資源是眾多資源的其中之一。近年來體育旅游以新型、時尚的旅游方式受到大眾的青睞成為新的亮點,資源的稀缺性也日益突出,難以滿足人們對于體育旅游資源需求。因此,體育旅游資源的合理配置符合旅游資源可持續(xù)利用的要求,也符合當(dāng)前社會發(fā)展的要求。本文以河北省體育旅游資源配置為研究對象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實地考察法、邏輯分析法和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究方法對河北體育旅游資源配置分析總結(jié)。首先對資源配置、相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論以及體育旅游資源等進(jìn)行認(rèn)識。在此基礎(chǔ)上深入了解河北省體育旅游資源配置的現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀和效用均衡理論,嘗試探討河北體育旅游資源配置的兩種模型,以上針對河北省體育旅游資源配置現(xiàn)狀存在的問題給出切實可行的對策。最后,對河北省體育旅游資源的合理配置提出戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想。根據(jù)論文的整體內(nèi)容得出的結(jié)論:1.河北省發(fā)展體育旅游的自然資源和社會資源優(yōu)勢明顯。發(fā)展資源優(yōu)勢明顯,打造了部分具競爭力的品牌項目、環(huán)京津區(qū)位優(yōu)勢突出,市場潛力較大。2.河北省體育旅游資源配置存在以下問題:體育旅游資源開發(fā)失衡,過度開發(fā)與開發(fā)不足并存,缺乏高品質(zhì)旅游資源,專業(yè)化程度不高、缺乏專業(yè)技術(shù)人才,市場化和對外吸引力不足。3.河北省體育旅游資源配置模型一可以發(fā)現(xiàn)資源配置方面的問題,并給出改善指導(dǎo)。模型二表明提高資源利用率可以提升效益。4.河北省體育旅游資源配置應(yīng)結(jié)合時間、空間進(jìn)行整合,以提升競爭力。應(yīng)通過打造知名體育旅游項目培育體育旅游增長極。要樹立科學(xué)發(fā)展的思想,嚴(yán)格控制體育旅游規(guī)模。同時,政府相關(guān)部門也要發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用。5.河北省體育旅游資源配置可采取“三大板塊”、“四個增長極”和“四條黃金線路”的系列綜合思路。體育旅游市場潛力巨大,是當(dāng)前旅游業(yè)綜合發(fā)展的重要方向。河北省體育旅游資源進(jìn)行合理有效的配置是非常有必要的,有利于體育旅游資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,滿足人們對于體育旅游的需求,體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)化。河北省在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展和成功申辦2022年冬奧會的重大歷史機(jī)遇面前,以經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),開展旅游、體育、經(jīng)濟(jì)跨學(xué)科交叉研究,構(gòu)建區(qū)域體育旅游資源配置模型,提出發(fā)展策略,對于河北省體育旅游資源配置具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The allocation and optimal combination of resources is very important. In order to achieve the goal of maximizing the benefit of resources, it is necessary to optimize and allocate all kinds of resources. Sports tourism resources is one of the many resources. In recent years, sports tourism has become a new bright spot with the popularity of the masses, and the scarcity of resources has become increasingly prominent. It is difficult to meet the needs of sports tourism resources. Therefore, the rational allocation of sports tourism resources conforms to the requirements of sustainable utilization of tourism resources and the requirements of current social development. This article takes Hebei Province sports tourism resources allocation as the research object, uses the literature material method, the field inspection method, the logic analysis method and the economics research method to Hebei sports tourism resources allocation analysis summary. First of all, resources allocation, related economic theory and sports tourism resources are recognized. On the basis of this, the present situation of sports tourism resources allocation in Hebei Province is deeply understood. According to the theory of current situation and utility equilibrium, two models of sports tourism resources allocation in Hebei Province are discussed. In view of the present situation of sports tourism resources allocation in Hebei Province, this paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures. Finally, the rational allocation of sports tourism resources in Hebei Province is put forward. According to the overall content of the paper reached a conclusion: 1. Hebei Province develops the natural resources of sports tourism and social resources advantage is obvious. The development resources superiority is obvious, has created the partial competitive brand project, encircles Beijing and Tianjin the location superiority to be prominent, the market potential is big. 2. The following problems exist in the allocation of sports tourism resources in Hebei Province: unbalanced development of sports tourism resources, coexistence of over-exploitation and underdevelopment, lack of high-quality tourism resources, low degree of specialization, lack of professional and technical personnel, etc. Lack of marketization and external attractiveness. Hebei Province sports tourism resources allocation model I can find out the problem of resource allocation and give the improvement guidance. Model 2 shows that increasing the utilization rate of resources can improve the efficiency. 4. 4. Hebei Province sports tourism resources allocation should be combined with time, space integration, in order to enhance competitiveness. Sports tourism growth pole should be cultivated by building famous sports tourism projects. We should set up the idea of scientific development and strictly control the scale of sports tourism. At the same time, the relevant government departments should also play their due role. Hebei Province sports tourism resources allocation can adopt "three major plates", "four growth poles" and "four golden routes" series of comprehensive thinking. Sports tourism market has great potential and is an important direction of comprehensive development of tourism. It is very necessary to allocate sports tourism resources reasonably and effectively in Hebei Province, which is conducive to the sustainable development of sports tourism resources, to meet the needs of people for sports tourism, and to optimize the sports industry. In the face of the great historical opportunity for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics, Hebei Province, based on the theory of economics, carries out cross-disciplinary research on tourism, sports and economy, and constructs a regional sports tourism resource allocation model. The development strategy is of great significance to the allocation of sports tourism resources in Hebei Province.
