【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的迅速發(fā)展,面對(duì)日益嚴(yán)峻的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)挑戰(zhàn),越來(lái)越多的專(zhuān)家學(xué)者開(kāi)始研究籃球團(tuán)隊(duì)獲勝的內(nèi)在機(jī)制結(jié)構(gòu),團(tuán)隊(duì)共享心智模型這一理念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,且如火如荼。在CUBA籃球競(jìng)技團(tuán)隊(duì)中,共享心智模型的優(yōu)勢(shì)愈加明顯。團(tuán)隊(duì)共享心智模型是團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力的核心,是關(guān)系到團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效好壞的直接因素。在當(dāng)今國(guó)際化環(huán)境下我國(guó)CUBA籃球競(jìng)賽將面臨更大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),如何才能更好的增強(qiáng)自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,成了CUBA籃球競(jìng)技團(tuán)隊(duì)的核心問(wèn)題。本文的研究目的在于,以CUBA第十三屆分區(qū)賽東南賽區(qū)14支球隊(duì)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)據(jù)主要通過(guò)探索性因子分析、結(jié)構(gòu)公式模型、多元線(xiàn)性回歸分析和典型性相關(guān)分析等方法,從團(tuán)隊(duì)層面著手,將問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行縱向剖析,來(lái)探討團(tuán)隊(duì)共享心智模型與其前因及結(jié)果變量之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,并進(jìn)一步探尋籃球團(tuán)隊(duì)共享心智模型對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的影響。在對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)成熟的籃球團(tuán)隊(duì)共享心智模型、團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效量表的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行信效度檢驗(yàn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析研究了團(tuán)隊(duì)共享心智模型對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的影響。本文的主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)籃球競(jìng)技共享心智模型與團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效顯著正相關(guān)。其中,籃球團(tuán)隊(duì)隊(duì)友共享心智模型、技術(shù)/設(shè)備共享心智模型、團(tuán)隊(duì)交互作用共享心智模型、團(tuán)隊(duì)任務(wù)共享心智模型均與團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效顯著正相關(guān)。(2)CUBA籃球團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效以團(tuán)隊(duì)成員滿(mǎn)意度及團(tuán)隊(duì)得分兩大指標(biāo)來(lái)衡量,而團(tuán)隊(duì)得分又以球隊(duì)平均每場(chǎng)比賽得失分比、球隊(duì)成員合作行為得分和球隊(duì)平均每場(chǎng)比賽助攻得分這三個(gè)指標(biāo)來(lái)衡量。團(tuán)隊(duì)共享心智模型及其各維度對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的兩大指標(biāo)均有顯著相關(guān)。(3)籃球競(jìng)技共享心智模型各維度分別對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效具有不同程度的的影響,就CUBA第十三屆分區(qū)賽東南賽區(qū)這14支隊(duì)伍而言,技術(shù)/設(shè)備共享心智模型和隊(duì)友共享心智模型對(duì)其團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的影響較大,而團(tuán)隊(duì)交互作用共享心智模型與團(tuán)隊(duì)任務(wù)共享心智模型對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的影響相對(duì)薄弱。(4)就CUBA籃球團(tuán)隊(duì)而言,團(tuán)隊(duì)共享心智模型的相似程度對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效有不同影響,當(dāng)籃球團(tuán)隊(duì)整體共享心智模型相似性越高時(shí),對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的影響也越大。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of basketball in China, more and more experts and scholars begin to study the internal mechanism structure of basketball team winning in the face of increasingly severe competition challenges. The concept of team shared mental model emerges as the times require and is in full swing. In Cuba basketball competitive team, the advantage of sharing mental model becomes more obvious. Team shared mental model is the core of team cohesion and a direct factor related to team performance. In the current international environment, Cuba basketball competition in China will face greater competition, how to better enhance their own competitiveness, has become the core issue of Cuba basketball competitive team. The purpose of this paper is to take 14 teams in the Southeast area of the 13th Cuba Division Competition as the research object. Through the method of questionnaire, the data are mainly through exploratory factor analysis and structural formula model. With the methods of multiple linear regression analysis and typical correlation analysis, the data of the questionnaire were analyzed vertically from the team level to explore the correlation between the shared mental model of the team and its antecedents and outcome variables. And further explore the basketball team shared mental model on team performance. On the basis of summarizing the relevant literature, this paper tests the reliability and validity of the mature basketball team shared mental model and team performance scale data, and then analyzes the effect of team shared mental model on team performance. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the mental model of basketball competitive sharing is positively correlated with team performance. Among them, basketball team teammates shared mental model, technology / equipment shared mental model, team interaction shared mental model, Team task sharing mental models were significantly positively correlated with team performance. (2) Cuba basketball team performance was measured by team member satisfaction and team score, and team score was measured by team average score per game. The team members'cooperative behavior score and the team's average score of assists per game are measured. Team shared mental model and its dimensions are significantly related to the two indicators of team performance. (3) each dimension of basketball competitive shared mental model has different effects on team performance. For the 14 teams in the Southeast of the 13th Cuba Division, the technology / equipment shared mental model and the team-mate shared mental model have a great influence on their team performance. However, team interaction shared mental model and team task shared mental model have relatively weak influence on team performance. (4) as far as Cuba basketball team is concerned, the similarity of team shared mental model has different influence on team performance. The higher the similarity of the shared mental model, the greater the effect on team performance.
