【摘要】:研究目的:本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)15到17周歲的西安市籃球生的無(wú)氧耐力下的投籃穩(wěn)定性測(cè)試和對(duì)陜西省體;@球隊(duì)15到17歲進(jìn)行的無(wú)氧耐力訓(xùn)練對(duì)其投籃穩(wěn)定的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,探索西安市15到17歲的籃球特長(zhǎng)生的在高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)和高強(qiáng)度比賽中的投籃穩(wěn)定性及無(wú)氧耐力水平,揭示了西安市高中籃球隊(duì)在日常訓(xùn)練的對(duì)無(wú)氧耐力訓(xùn)練的不足,以及在日常訓(xùn)練中過(guò)于重視技戰(zhàn)術(shù)訓(xùn)練和專(zhuān)項(xiàng)素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練,忽視了基本素質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練。研究方法:本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、專(zhuān)家訪談法和實(shí)驗(yàn)法等方法;分別以西安市籃球男子特長(zhǎng)生48名為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)測(cè)試法,利用籃球體能測(cè)試中的17趟速度耐力折返跑和2min強(qiáng)度投籃組成的無(wú)氧耐力投籃穩(wěn)定性測(cè)試,測(cè)試出運(yùn)動(dòng)員在高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)中的17趟折返跑成績(jī)、高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)中每10s的心率和2min強(qiáng)度投籃的命中數(shù),畫(huà)出投籃穩(wěn)定性曲線,來(lái)了解西安市籃球特長(zhǎng)生高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)下投籃的投籃穩(wěn)定性;同時(shí)以陜西省體校男子籃球隊(duì)15到17歲的10隊(duì)員,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)法,進(jìn)行劃分對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組用每周倆次的無(wú)氧耐力專(zhuān)項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練替代倆次日常訓(xùn)練,對(duì)照組則進(jìn)行日常訓(xùn)練,經(jīng)過(guò)8周的訓(xùn)練,利用無(wú)氧耐力投籃穩(wěn)定性測(cè)試來(lái)反應(yīng)無(wú)氧耐力訓(xùn)練和投籃穩(wěn)定性的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果:(1)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明西安市15到17周歲的籃球生隨著進(jìn)入無(wú)氧耐力運(yùn)動(dòng)的時(shí)間加長(zhǎng),體能狀況下降明顯,投籃命中率下降明顯。(2)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過(guò)每周倆次無(wú)氧耐力訓(xùn)練的實(shí)驗(yàn)組相較于一直接受日常訓(xùn)練的對(duì)照組而言,在測(cè)試過(guò)程中,隨著進(jìn)入無(wú)氧耐力運(yùn)動(dòng)的時(shí)間增加,運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度不斷增大,速度下降相對(duì)對(duì)照組較慢,投籃命中數(shù)下降較慢,投籃穩(wěn)定性較好。研究結(jié)論:(1)西安市籃球生日常訓(xùn)練中技戰(zhàn)術(shù)以及專(zhuān)項(xiàng)素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練比重大,基本素質(zhì)能力訓(xùn)練不足。(2)西安市籃球生帶隊(duì)教練只有一名,在體能訓(xùn)練方面能力不足,導(dǎo)致特長(zhǎng)生接受的體能訓(xùn)練欠缺。(3)西安市籃球生在日常訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目中,無(wú)氧耐力下的技術(shù)訓(xùn)練不足。(4)西安市15到17周歲的籃球生無(wú)氧耐力水平的提高,對(duì)其高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)中的投籃穩(wěn)定性的提升具有促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this paper is to test the shooting stability of the basketball students aged 15 to 17 years old in Xi'an under anaerobic endurance and to study the stability of shooting in the basketball team of Shaanxi Sports School from 15 to 17 years of age. This paper explores the shooting stability and anaerobic endurance level of basketball specialty students aged 15 to 17 in high intensity sports and high intensity competitions in Xi'an, and reveals the deficiency of anaerobic endurance training in the daily training of senior high school basketball teams in Xi'an. And pay too much attention to technical and tactical training and special quality training in the daily training, neglecting the basic quality training. Research methods: through the methods of literature, expert interview and experiment, 48 basketball male students in Xi'an city were chosen as the research objects, and the test method was adopted. The stability test of anaerobic endurance shooting composed of 17 speed endurance reverse runs and 2min strength shots in basketball physical fitness test was used to test the performance of 17 reentry runs in high intensity sports. The heart rate per 10s and the hit number of 2min intensity shooting in the high intensity exercise, draw the shooting stability curve, to understand the shooting stability of Xi'an basketball specialty students under the high intensity movement; At the same time, 10 members of the men's basketball team of Shaanxi Sports School, aged 15 to 17, were divided into control group and experimental group by experimental method. The experimental group was replaced by two daily training sessions with special anaerobic endurance training twice a week. The control group received daily training. After 8 weeks of training, the anaerobic endurance shooting stability test was used to reflect the relationship between anaerobic endurance training and shooting stability. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the test results show that basketball students aged 15 to 17 years of age in Xi'an have a significant decline in their physical fitness and shooting percentage with the increase of the time of entering anaerobic endurance sports. (2) the experimental results show that, Compared with the control group, which received daily training twice a week, the exercise intensity of the experimental group increased with the increase of the time to enter the anaerobic endurance exercise. The decrease of speed is slower than that of the control group, the number of shots hits is lower, and the stability of shooting is better. The conclusions are as follows: (1) in the daily training of basketball students in Xi'an, the proportion of technical and special quality training is large, and the training of basic quality and ability is insufficient. (2) there is only one coach for basketball students to lead the team in Xi'an, and the ability in physical training is insufficient. As a result of the lack of physical training received by gifted students. (3) basketball students in Xi'an lack of technical training under anaerobic endurance in their daily training projects. (4) the level of anaerobic endurance of basketball students aged 15 to 17 in Xi'an is improved. It can promote the stability of shooting in high-intensity sports.
