【摘要】：健美操運動具有增強學生的體質(zhì)、促進學生健康、塑造健美形體、提高審美能力、促進心理素質(zhì)發(fā)展的作用。隨著體育教學改革深入發(fā)展,各個高等職業(yè)院校健美操課程創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展也存在不平衡的現(xiàn)象,本研究立足于高等職業(yè)院校體育教學改革實踐,以新《體育與健康新課程標準》和《全國普通高等學校體育課程教學指導綱要》為依據(jù),對張家口地區(qū)高職院校學前教育專業(yè)健美操教學現(xiàn)狀進行分析研究,從優(yōu)質(zhì)課程建設出發(fā),提出健美操課程改革與發(fā)展對策,為張家口地區(qū)高職院校學前教育專業(yè)健美操課程建設與課程改革提供相關依據(jù)。本文通過采用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對張家口地區(qū)高職院校學前教育專業(yè)的健美操課的開展情況進行調(diào)研。結(jié)果表明:(1)張家口地區(qū)高職院校學前教育專業(yè)的健美操課主要以選項課和選修課的形式為主,參與主體為學前女生;(2)張家口地區(qū)高職院校健美操教師資源充足,教師隊伍相對是以中青年為主,教師的教齡短而且職稱偏低;教師的學歷層次和科研能力均有待提高;(3)張家口地區(qū)高職院校健美操課程中,學前教育專業(yè)的健美操教學大綱與其它專業(yè)相同;健美操理論課時數(shù)偏少,教學內(nèi)容普遍比較淺顯、缺乏實用性,針對學前教育專業(yè)的有關幼兒健美操知識及套路均未涉及;健美操教學中大多數(shù)教師主要采用傳統(tǒng)的教學模式,少數(shù)教師能夠做到在教學中不斷改進教學模式,使之更符合教學的需要;(4)高職學前學生生源來源復雜,健美操基礎參差不齊,喜歡上健美操課,“興趣愛好”、“塑形美體”是學生選修健美操課程的主要原因;(5)張家口地區(qū)高職院校場地設施一般,器材配備不充足;(6)學前學生在市場需求與行業(yè)業(yè)務需要中,健美操技能水平占有重要位置。針對張家口地區(qū)高職院校學前教育專業(yè)健美操課程的現(xiàn)狀,本研究主要從五個方面提出了課程改革和發(fā)展對策:(1)完善健美操課程教學大綱;(2)加強師資隊伍的培養(yǎng)與發(fā)展;(3)健美操課程教學模式創(chuàng)新與改革,即:建立小組課與“小組課和集體課相結(jié)合的模塊化”教學模式;(4)根據(jù)學前專業(yè)特點和學生能力水平選擇健美操課程教學內(nèi)容,即:教學內(nèi)容“幼兒化”、“師范化”、“綜合化”;增加幼兒教學的動作創(chuàng)編、幼兒健身操套路的音樂選配教學內(nèi)容;(5)加強校企合作,重視社會實踐活動。
[Abstract]:Aerobics has the function of enhancing students' physique, promoting students' health, shaping bodybuilding, improving aesthetic ability and promoting the development of psychological quality. With the further development of physical education reform, the innovation and development of aerobics course in various vocational colleges are also unbalanced. This research is based on the practice of physical education teaching reform in higher vocational colleges and universities. Based on the New Curriculum Standards of physical Education and Health and the National guiding outline of physical Education in Colleges and Universities, the present situation of aerobics teaching in preschool education major in Zhangjiakou area is analyzed and studied. Based on the construction of high quality courses, the author puts forward the countermeasures of the reform and development of aerobics curriculum, which provides the relevant basis for the construction and reform of calisthenics course of preschool education major in Zhangjiakou area. This paper investigates the development of aerobics course of preschool education major in Zhangjiakou area by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics. The results show that: (1) in Zhangjiakou higher vocational colleges, aerobics courses are mainly in the form of elective courses and elective courses, and the participants are mainly pre-school girls; (2) the resources of aerobics teachers in Zhangjiakou higher vocational colleges are sufficient. Teachers are relatively young and middle-aged, short teaching years and low title; teachers' academic level and scientific research ability need to be improved; (3) Zhangjiakou higher vocational college aerobics curriculum, The calisthenics teaching syllabus of preschool education major is the same as other major, the number of classes of aerobics theory is on the low side, the teaching content is generally simple, the lack of practicability, and the knowledge and routine of calisthenics for preschool education major are not involved; In aerobics teaching, most teachers mainly adopt the traditional teaching mode, a few teachers can constantly improve the teaching mode in order to make it more in line with the teaching needs. (4) the source of pre-school students in higher vocational education is complex. The basis of aerobics is uneven, like aerobics classes, "hobbies", "shape beauty" is the main reason for students to take aerobics courses; (5) Zhangjiakou area vocational colleges site facilities, Equipment is not enough; (6) Aerobics skill level plays an important role in market demand and business needs of pre-school students. Aiming at the present situation of aerobics course of preschool education major in Zhangjiakou area, This research mainly puts forward the countermeasures of curriculum reform and development from five aspects: (1) to perfect the teaching outline of aerobics course; (2) to strengthen the training and development of teachers; (3) to innovate and reform the teaching mode of aerobics course; (4) selecting the teaching content of aerobics course according to the characteristics of pre-school specialty and students' ability, that is, the teaching content of aerobics course is "toddler" and "teacher training". "Synthetical"; increase the movement creation of infant's teaching, the music match teaching content of the routine of children's calisthenics; (5) strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise, attach importance to social practice activities.
