中超聯(lián)賽主體的社會(huì)責(zé)任研究

【摘要】:體育行業(yè)在我國社會(huì)整體發(fā)展中扮演著重要的角色,在從政治功能轉(zhuǎn)向多元功能的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中,經(jīng)濟(jì)和國民健康促進(jìn)功能逐漸得到重視,但社會(huì)責(zé)任建設(shè)仍顯滯后。中超聯(lián)賽作為我國競技體育表演業(yè)的“主力軍”,其社會(huì)影響力不斷擴(kuò)大,社會(huì)價(jià)值得到了更大的體現(xiàn),但從社會(huì)責(zé)任角度對(duì)聯(lián)賽的研究較為匱乏。本文試圖對(duì)中超聯(lián)賽主體的社會(huì)責(zé)任“是什么?為什么?有哪些?怎么樣?怎么做?”等問題進(jìn)行回答,為提升聯(lián)賽促進(jìn)社會(huì)進(jìn)步的表現(xiàn)尋找可靠路徑,為實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)賽與社會(huì)的協(xié)同發(fā)展提供參考。本文使用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、德爾菲法等研究方法,通過對(duì)企業(yè)與企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任內(nèi)涵的分析,提出中超聯(lián)賽主體社會(huì)責(zé)任的概念;對(duì)中超聯(lián)賽主體應(yīng)該承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)進(jìn)行探討;構(gòu)建了中超聯(lián)賽主體社會(huì)責(zé)任體系;分析中超聯(lián)賽主體社會(huì)責(zé)任發(fā)展中的現(xiàn)狀及問題,并提出現(xiàn)存問題的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理和成因;提出中超聯(lián)賽主體社會(huì)責(zé)任的發(fā)展策略。主要結(jié)論:中超聯(lián)賽主體的社會(huì)責(zé)任,是指中超聯(lián)賽主體(中國足協(xié)、中超公司、參賽俱樂部)基于其自身權(quán)利,對(duì)聯(lián)賽非股東利益相關(guān)者承擔(dān)的法律和道德義務(wù);中超聯(lián)賽主體承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任的正當(dāng)性為:“競技體育職業(yè)化”改革發(fā)展下的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)、中超聯(lián)賽產(chǎn)權(quán)及準(zhǔn)私人產(chǎn)品屬性相應(yīng)的價(jià)值體現(xiàn)、行業(yè)壟斷下中超聯(lián)賽的收益再分配,現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)包括社會(huì)需求和聯(lián)賽可持續(xù)發(fā)展需求;構(gòu)建了包含責(zé)任主客體和64項(xiàng)具體內(nèi)容的中超聯(lián)賽社會(huì)責(zé)任內(nèi)容框架,并提出了中超聯(lián)賽主體社會(huì)責(zé)任的特征、履責(zé)途徑、推進(jìn)機(jī)制;當(dāng)前中超聯(lián)賽社會(huì)責(zé)任主體履責(zé)時(shí)存在的問題包括社會(huì)責(zé)任認(rèn)識(shí)不足、功利思想嚴(yán)重、被動(dòng)性履責(zé)特征明顯,以及評(píng)價(jià)方式難以正確引導(dǎo)和有效激勵(lì)各俱樂部的履責(zé)行為、披露方式難以實(shí)現(xiàn)主客體信息交流和提升各俱樂部的履責(zé)動(dòng)力;主體的利己本性使然、主體間治理目標(biāo)差異、社會(huì)責(zé)任主客體缺乏制衡機(jī)制是這些問題的形成要素,主體內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)不完善和主體外部利益相關(guān)者團(tuán)體缺失是問題的主要成因;中超聯(lián)賽主體社會(huì)責(zé)任的發(fā)展策略為:完善治理結(jié)構(gòu)、調(diào)整治理目標(biāo)、加快組建利益相關(guān)者團(tuán)體。
[Abstract]:Sports industry plays an important role in the overall development of our society. In the transition from political function to pluralistic function, economic and national health promotion function has gradually been paid attention to, but the construction of social responsibility is still lagging behind. As the "main force" of Chinese competitive sports performance industry, the social influence of the Chinese Super League is expanding and the social value has been more embodied, but the research on the league from the angle of social responsibility is relatively scarce. What is the social responsibility of the main body of the Chinese Super League? Why? What do you have? How's it going? How? " In order to find a reliable way to improve the performance of the league to promote social progress, and to provide a reference for the coordinated development of the league and society. This article uses the literature method, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the Delphi method and so on research method, through to the enterprise and the enterprise social responsibility connotation analysis, proposed the superleague league main body social responsibility concept; This paper probes into the theoretical and practical basis that the subject of the Chinese Super League should bear the social responsibility; constructs the system of the main social responsibility of the Chinese Super League; analyzes the current situation and problems in the development of the social responsibility of the main body of the Chinese Super League. It also puts forward the mechanism and causes of the existing problems, and puts forward the development strategy of the main social responsibility of the Chinese Super League. Main conclusion: the social responsibility of the main body of the Chinese Super League refers to the legal and moral obligation of the main body of the Chinese Super League (the Chinese Football Association, the Chinese Super League Company, the participating clubs) to the stakeholders of non-shareholders of the league based on their own rights; The legitimacy of the main body of the Chinese Super League to bear social responsibility is as follows: under the reform and development of "competitive sports professionalization", the corresponding value of property right and quasi-private product attribute of the Chinese Super League is reflected, and the income redistribution of the Chinese Super League under the monopoly of the industry. The realistic basis includes the social demand and the sustainable development demand of the league, constructs the content frame of the social responsibility of the Super League, including the subject and object of responsibility and 64 specific contents, and puts forward the characteristics and ways of the main social responsibility of the Chinese Super League. At present, the problems of social responsibility subjects in the Chinese and Super League include insufficient understanding of social responsibility, serious utilitarian thinking, and obvious characteristics of passive responsibility. The evaluation method is difficult to guide and effectively motivate each club's duty behavior, the disclosure way is difficult to realize the information exchange of subject and object and to promote the driving force of each club's duty, the main body's self-interest nature is caused by, the main body governs the goal difference, The lack of checks and balances between the subject and the object of social responsibility is the main factor of these problems. The main causes of the problem are the imperfect internal governance structure of the subject and the absence of the main body and external stakeholders. The development strategy of the main social responsibility of the Chinese Super League is to perfect the governance structure, adjust the governance objectives, and accelerate the establishment of stakeholder groups.
