【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),有很多城市嘗試申請(qǐng)舉辦奧運(yùn)會(huì)。奧運(yùn)會(huì)對(duì)城市的吸引力在于舉辦奧運(yùn)會(huì)是城市快速發(fā)展的契機(jī),極大縮短了城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)周期,加速了城市更新改造進(jìn)程,成為其經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施改善、城市知名度提高的有力助推器。從1924年法國(guó)夏蒙尼冬奧會(huì)至今,冬奧會(huì)已經(jīng)成功舉辦了22屆,冬奧會(huì)進(jìn)入到越來(lái)越多人的視野中,冬奧會(huì)的影響力也不斷擴(kuò)大。本篇論文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、個(gè)案分析法、邏輯分析法、專家訪談法,通過(guò)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響、環(huán)境影響、社會(huì)文化影響三方面分析溫哥華冬奧會(huì)對(duì)城市發(fā)展影響,以獲得對(duì)我國(guó)籌備和舉辦冬奧會(huì)的啟示。研究結(jié)果表明:一、依托冬奧會(huì)促進(jìn)城市多方面的發(fā)展是當(dāng)今奧運(yùn)舉辦城市追求奧運(yùn)效應(yīng)最大化的有效手段,也是擴(kuò)大奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)影響力的重要途徑,使得奧運(yùn)與城市的結(jié)合越發(fā)緊密。二、溫哥華冬奧會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響體現(xiàn)在增多經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)和促進(jìn)旅游發(fā)展方面,表現(xiàn)為:投資、收益增多、貿(mào)易發(fā)展、就業(yè)人數(shù)增多;旅游收入增多、相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、旅游空間更新。三、溫哥華冬奧會(huì)環(huán)境影響體現(xiàn)在治理污染、規(guī)范公共建設(shè)用地和完善公共交通體系方面,表現(xiàn)為:空氣質(zhì)量和水污染得到改善;城市建筑符合節(jié)能環(huán)保要求,社區(qū)環(huán)境改善;增加公共交通車輛,增加公共交通建設(shè)資金投入。四、溫哥華冬奧會(huì)社會(huì)文化影響體現(xiàn)在發(fā)展體育運(yùn)動(dòng)、增多文化活動(dòng)、提升城市形象和培育社會(huì)精神方面,表現(xiàn)為:組織體育活動(dòng)形成體育文化,加強(qiáng)教育促進(jìn)體育參與,保證體育場(chǎng)館賽后合理利用;設(shè)立文化項(xiàng)目、增加文化投資;借助媒體宣傳和冬奧會(huì)標(biāo)識(shí)塑造良好城市形象;展現(xiàn)包容精神,關(guān)照殘疾人,幫助低收入階層解決住房問(wèn)題。五、溫哥華冬奧會(huì)對(duì)城市發(fā)展的啟示為借助奧運(yùn)機(jī)會(huì),大力開展經(jīng)貿(mào)活動(dòng);更新旅游空間,促進(jìn)體育旅游發(fā)展;重視環(huán)境保護(hù),建設(shè)活動(dòng)符合綠色標(biāo)準(zhǔn);設(shè)立合作項(xiàng)目,促進(jìn)社會(huì)體育發(fā)展;完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,體現(xiàn)良好城市風(fēng)貌;展現(xiàn)包容精神,提升公民整體素質(zhì)。六、我國(guó)在籌備和組織冬奧會(huì)建設(shè)中要堅(jiān)持經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益、環(huán)境效益三者統(tǒng)一,建設(shè)活動(dòng)要符合城市發(fā)展需要,同時(shí)考慮后奧運(yùn)階段發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980 s, many cities have tried to apply for the Olympic Games. The attraction of the Olympic Games to the city lies in the fact that hosting the Olympic Games is an opportunity for the rapid development of the city, greatly shortens the period of urban planning and construction, speeds up the process of urban renewal and transformation, and becomes its economic growth and infrastructure improvement. A powerful booster for raising the city's profile. Since the 1924 Chamoni Winter Olympics in France, the Olympic Games have been successfully held 22 times, the Winter Olympics have entered the field of vision of more and more people, and the influence of the Winter Olympics has been expanding. This paper uses literature, case analysis, logic analysis, expert interviews to analyze the impact of Vancouver Winter Olympics on urban development through three aspects: economic impact, environmental impact and social and cultural impact. In order to obtain the inspiration to our country to prepare and hold the Winter Olympic Games. The results show that: first, relying on the Winter Olympics to promote the development of many aspects of the city is an effective means for the Olympic Games to maximize the Olympic effect, but also an important way to expand the influence of the Olympic Games. So that the Olympic Games and the city closer together. Second, the economic impact of Vancouver Winter Olympics is reflected in increasing economic activities and promoting tourism development, which are shown as follows: investment, income increase, trade development, employment increase, tourism income increase, related industry development, tourism space renewal. Third, the environmental impact of Vancouver Winter Olympics is reflected in pollution control, standardization of public construction land and improvement of public transport system, which are manifested as: air quality and water pollution are improved, urban buildings meet the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection, and community environment is improved; Increase public transport vehicles and increase investment in public transport construction. Fourth, the social and cultural impact of the Vancouver Winter Olympics is reflected in the development of sports, the increase of cultural activities, the promotion of the image of the city and the cultivation of the social spirit. These include: organizing sports activities to form sports culture, strengthening education to promote sports participation, Ensure reasonable use of sports venues after the competition; set up cultural projects, increase cultural investment; use media publicity and Winter Olympics logo to create a good image of the city; show tolerance, care for the disabled, help low-income groups solve the housing problem. Fifth, the Vancouver Winter Olympic Games' inspiration to urban development is to vigorously carry out economic and trade activities with the help of the Olympic Games; to upgrade tourism space and promote the development of sports tourism; to attach importance to environmental protection, and to ensure that construction activities conform to green standards; and to set up cooperative projects. Promote the development of social sports, improve infrastructure, reflect good urban landscape, show the spirit of tolerance, improve the overall quality of citizens. Sixth, China should adhere to the unity of economic, social and environmental benefits in the preparation and organization of the Winter Olympic Games, and the construction activities should conform to the needs of urban development, and consider the development of the post-Olympic stage at the same time.
