【摘要】：伴隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的日益不斷提升,體育產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一支新興的第三產(chǎn)業(yè),顯然在國(guó)民消費(fèi)總值中所占的比例也是越來(lái)越大。而武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)作為體育產(chǎn)業(yè)中的一個(gè)分支,在我國(guó)當(dāng)然擁有得天獨(dú)厚的有利發(fā)展條件。武術(shù)人才資源豐富、武術(shù)流派繁多、武術(shù)培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)廣闊等都為武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的諸多問(wèn)題與良好的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展條件形成鮮明對(duì)比。在本人查閱相關(guān)資料之中發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)存在構(gòu)造并不完整、而管理方法顯得不得當(dāng)、運(yùn)行機(jī)制過(guò)于不完善等諸多問(wèn)題。而只針對(duì)武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)中的培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)相關(guān)研究更是少之甚少而針對(duì)某一地區(qū)的相關(guān)研究只有十余篇,為更深層次的了解黑龍江省武術(shù)散打培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,但愿能為武術(shù)散打的未來(lái)發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供微薄之力,本文將運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地考察法、調(diào)查訪問(wèn)法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)黑龍江省武術(shù)散打培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)的主要組成要素中武術(shù)散打培訓(xùn)場(chǎng)館的主體以及培訓(xùn)人群進(jìn)行較全面的調(diào)查和分析。通過(guò)調(diào)查得出結(jié)論:黑龍江省武術(shù)散打培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)存在發(fā)展較緩慢、管理較為單一,多數(shù)培訓(xùn)館仍處于摸索階段、宣傳力度薄弱,培訓(xùn)館的數(shù)量較多但規(guī)模偏小、辦館理念不一、硬件設(shè)施落后,絕大多數(shù)培訓(xùn)教師重武輕德、師資隊(duì)伍整體素質(zhì)偏低,武術(shù)散打培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)的學(xué)生年齡偏小學(xué)員占據(jù)了大半個(gè)市場(chǎng),他們的世界觀尚未形成,習(xí)武動(dòng)機(jī)不一,缺乏正確的引導(dǎo)。建議:(1)完善教學(xué)設(shè)施。(2)提高管理者的整體素質(zhì)。(3)加強(qiáng)教練員管理。(4)增進(jìn)培訓(xùn)館之間的交流(5)合理運(yùn)用教學(xué)組織形式。(6)有效利用各種宣傳方式。(7)增加學(xué)員參與各類活動(dòng)的機(jī)會(huì)。(8)完善文化資源現(xiàn)狀。(9)不斷提高學(xué)員參與培訓(xùn)時(shí)的積極性。(10)完善學(xué)員參與武術(shù)散打培訓(xùn)的影響因素。對(duì)未來(lái)武術(shù)散打培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)走向規(guī)范化、規(guī)�；能壍捞峁┬┰S幫助,并努力為武術(shù)散打培訓(xùn)館在全民健身的紅利下更蓬勃發(fā)展提供微薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the increasing improvement of national economic level, sports industry as a new tertiary industry, obviously in the gross national consumption of the proportion is also increasing. Wushu industry as a branch of the sports industry, of course, in China has unique favorable conditions for development. The abundant talent resources of Wushu, the wide range of Wushu schools and the wide market of Wushu training are the sharp contrast between the problems existing in the development of Wushu industry and the good conditions for industrial development. In my reference to the relevant information, we find that the structure of Wushu industry is not complete, and the management method is not appropriate, the operation mechanism is too imperfect and so on. But only for the martial arts industry training market related research is very few, but for a certain area related research only more than 10, in order to deeper understanding Heilongjiang Province martial arts Sanda training market situation, I hope I can provide a little strength for the future development planning of Wushu Sanda. This paper will use the methods of literature, field investigation, investigation and interview, mathematical statistics and so on. This paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the main body of Wushu Sanda training venues and the training crowd among the main elements of Wushu Sanda training market in Heilongjiang Province. The conclusion is that the training market of Wushu Sanda in Heilongjiang Province develops slowly, and the management is relatively simple. Most of the training halls are still in the groping stage, the propaganda is weak, the number of the training halls is large but the scale is small, and the concept of running the pavilions is different. The hardware facilities are backward, the vast majority of training teachers are heavy on military work and light of virtue, the overall quality of the teaching staff is on the low side. The young students in the Wushu Sanda training market have occupied most of the markets, their world outlook has not yet formed, and their motives for practicing martial arts are different. Lack of proper guidance. Suggestions: (1) perfecting teaching facilities, (2) improving the overall quality of managers, (3) strengthening the management of coaches, (4) enhancing communication between training halls, (5) making rational use of teaching organization, (6) making effective use of all kinds of propaganda methods, (7) increasing students' participation in various types of activities. (8) perfecting the present situation of cultural resources. (9) increasing the enthusiasm of the trainees in the training. (10) perfecting the influencing factors of the students' participation in Wushu Sanda training. It will provide some help for the future Wushu Sanda training market towards standardization and scale track, and strive to provide a modest strength for Wushu Sanda training Hall to develop more vigorously under the dividend of national fitness.
