【摘要】：伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)于人才的需求愈加強(qiáng)烈,尤其是對(duì)于專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)用型人才的需求更為迫切。高職教育是培育專業(yè)技能人才的重要手段,能夠有效填補(bǔ)企業(yè)人才的需要。因而,我國(guó)開始重視職業(yè)教育,在這種重視下,全國(guó)的高職教育快速發(fā)展,并且已經(jīng)成為高職教育人才培育重要基地。當(dāng)前企業(yè)發(fā)展在需要技能型人才同時(shí)對(duì)學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)要求也是比較高的,那么研究學(xué)生體育社團(tuán)不僅有利于高職院校體育文化的建設(shè),也是能夠促使高職院校教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),更是能夠促使高職院校學(xué)生素質(zhì)得到更大的提升,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)高職大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育,進(jìn)一步幫助高職院校學(xué)生更好走上就業(yè)崗位。本文通過(guò)對(duì)東北三省的軌道交通類高職院校體育社團(tuán)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,圍繞社團(tuán)干部、社團(tuán)成員和指導(dǎo)教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并采用文獻(xiàn)資料分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法進(jìn)行深化研究,得出的研究結(jié)論為:(1)東北三省軌道交通類高職院校體育社團(tuán)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀主要體現(xiàn)為:首先,社團(tuán)的類型多樣化,參與人數(shù)最多,覆蓋范圍最廣;其次,社團(tuán)成員在性別結(jié)構(gòu)上存在明顯的失調(diào)現(xiàn)象。絕大多數(shù)成員的參與動(dòng)機(jī)積極,但社團(tuán)活動(dòng)頻率較低,雖活動(dòng)時(shí)長(zhǎng)的設(shè)置較為合理、活動(dòng)計(jì)劃的制定較為普遍,仍然存在著實(shí)用價(jià)值呈低下水平的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。社團(tuán)干部與社團(tuán)成員的規(guī)章制度還有待于進(jìn)一步完善。第三,社團(tuán)指導(dǎo)教師在年齡結(jié)構(gòu)上呈年輕化特征;指導(dǎo)頻率較低,但親和力強(qiáng)。社團(tuán)成員對(duì)其總體評(píng)價(jià)較高。第四,社團(tuán)的經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源過(guò)于單一、額度過(guò)小、使用不透明、管理制度不夠完善,是影響社團(tuán)發(fā)展的首要因素。(2)東北三省軌道交通類高職院校體育社團(tuán)所存在的問(wèn)題有:組織管理制度不健全;社團(tuán)活動(dòng)不豐富;學(xué)生體育社團(tuán)自身建設(shè)滯后。嚴(yán)重影響了體育社團(tuán)的發(fā)展。(3)根據(jù)東北三省軌道交通類高職院校體育社團(tuán)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出了:“加大學(xué)校對(duì)體育社團(tuán)支持力度;健全學(xué)生體育社團(tuán)管理工作機(jī)制;開展多元化體育社團(tuán)活動(dòng),提升體育社團(tuán)活動(dòng)內(nèi)涵;加強(qiáng)體育社團(tuán)自身建設(shè)、打造優(yōu)秀體育社團(tuán)”等發(fā)展對(duì)策。根據(jù)以上的研究結(jié)論,提出如下建議:(1)學(xué)生體育社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的開展對(duì)于場(chǎng)地、器材、資金需要,那么需要學(xué)校可以將校內(nèi)體育資源進(jìn)行整理和合并,為學(xué)生體育社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的有序開展提供基礎(chǔ)保障。(2)針對(duì)軌道交通類高職院校的實(shí)際,可以結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),結(jié)合學(xué)生職業(yè)特點(diǎn)。采用多元化的社團(tuán)活動(dòng),促進(jìn)學(xué)生職業(yè)技能提升,豐富社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容。(3)在指導(dǎo)教師方面要給予重視,積極給予體育教育一些獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),促使教師可以積極參與學(xué)生體育社團(tuán)的活動(dòng)中。(4)對(duì)于我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的專門化的高職院校的應(yīng)當(dāng)給予充分重視,特別是對(duì)其體育社團(tuán)活動(dòng)應(yīng)該給予充分重視,才能促使我國(guó)職業(yè)人才得到更全面的培養(yǎng),更能夠在社會(huì)建設(shè)中起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic construction in our country, the demand for talents is more and more intense, especially for practical talents in professional field. Higher vocational education is an important means to cultivate professional talents, which can effectively fill the needs of enterprise talents. Therefore, our country begins to attach importance to the vocational education, under this kind of attention, the national higher vocational education develops rapidly, and has already become the important base of higher vocational education talent cultivation. At present, the development of enterprises requires skilled personnel and also requires students' physical fitness, so studying student sports associations is not only conducive to the construction of sports culture in higher vocational colleges, It is also able to promote the realization of the goal of higher vocational education, but also to promote the quality of students in higher vocational colleges, and then to achieve quality education for students in higher vocational colleges, and to further help students of higher vocational colleges to take up employment positions better. Through the research on the present situation of the sports associations in the rail transit higher vocational colleges in the three provinces of Northeast China, this paper focuses on the investigation of community cadres, community members and guidance teachers, and adopts the method of literature analysis and questionnaire investigation. Mathematical statistics and other research methods to deepen the study, the conclusion is: 1) the development of sports associations in the three northeastern provinces of rail transit higher vocational colleges is mainly reflected as: first, the types of associations are diversified, the number of participants is the most. The most extensive coverage; secondly, the association members in the gender structure of the obvious imbalance. The participation motivation of most members is positive, but the frequency of community activities is low, although the setting of long activity time is reasonable, the formulation of activity plan is relatively common, there is still a practical problem of low practical value. The rules and regulations of the cadres and members of the association still need to be further improved. Thirdly, the teachers are younger in age structure and have low guidance frequency but strong affinity. Members of the association have a higher overall evaluation of it. Fourth, the funding of the association is too single, the quota is too small, the use is opaque, and the management system is not perfect enough. It is the primary factor that affects the development of mass organizations. 2) the problems of sports associations in the three provinces of Northeast China include: the system of organization and management is not perfect; the activities of associations are not abundant; and the construction of students' sports associations lags behind. According to the current situation of the development of sports associations in higher vocational colleges of rail transit in Northeast China, this paper puts forward the following points: "increase the support of sports associations in schools, improve the management mechanism of students' sports associations;" To carry out diversified sports association activities, to promote the connotation of sports association activities, to strengthen the construction of sports associations themselves and to create excellent sports associations, etc. Based on the above research conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward as follows: 1) the development of student sports associations needs venues, equipment and funds, so schools can organize and merge sports resources in schools. To provide the basic guarantee for the orderly development of the sports association activities of students. (2) aiming at the reality of the higher vocational colleges of rail transit, we can combine the training goal of talents and the professional characteristics of students. Adopting diversified community activities to promote the promotion of students' vocational skills, enrich the content of community activities should pay attention to the guidance of teachers, actively give some incentives to physical education, Promoting teachers to take an active part in the activities of student sports associations should give full attention to the existing specialized higher vocational colleges in our country, especially to their sports associations. In order to promote our professional talents to get more comprehensive training, more can play a positive role in social construction.
