“多球加游戲”訓練模式在少兒業(yè)余網(wǎng)球基礎訓練中的應用研究

【摘要】:當前,網(wǎng)球在國內(nèi)越來越普及,進行業(yè)余網(wǎng)球?qū)W習、訓練的少兒更是逐年增加,隨著經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展以及人們對網(wǎng)球理論知識與實踐認知的不斷提高,對于網(wǎng)球基礎性的訓練越來越重視,傳統(tǒng)陳舊的訓練方法,已經(jīng)不利于少兒網(wǎng)球運動的發(fā)展和推廣,必須推陳出新。因此,將多球訓練與體育游戲相結(jié)合融入到少兒業(yè)余網(wǎng)球基礎訓練中,目的就是為了探析“多球加游戲”訓練模式,在少兒業(yè)余網(wǎng)球基礎訓練中,對于少兒更好的掌握網(wǎng)球技術(shù),提高身體素質(zhì)和網(wǎng)球?qū)W習興趣、學習態(tài)度的效果,從而提高訓練效率,科學、合理的促進少兒整體網(wǎng)球水平的提高。本文采用文獻資料法、專家訪談法確定了研究對象及實驗內(nèi)容,采用問卷調(diào)查法、實驗法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等方法對濟南市天橋區(qū)博文中學年齡在10至12歲訓練年限在一年左右的處于網(wǎng)球基礎訓練階段的40名少兒學生(男20名、女20名),進行了16周的“多球加游戲”的教學訓練,通過設置對照組與實驗組進行實驗,實驗后各項測試指標的研究結(jié)論如下:(1)持續(xù)16周的實驗表明,采用“多球加游戲”訓練模式進行訓練,少兒的網(wǎng)球?qū)W習興趣和學習態(tài)度,有較為顯著性的提高;而傳統(tǒng)的訓練模式,對于提升少兒的網(wǎng)球?qū)W習興趣和學習態(tài)度,則效果欠佳、作用不大。(2)“多球加游戲”訓練模式對于少兒的網(wǎng)球正、反手技術(shù)提升作用明顯,正、反手都有較為顯著性的提高;雖然傳統(tǒng)訓練模式,少兒的網(wǎng)球正、反手也略有提高,但只是得益于長時間的練習,學生擊球的球感獲得一定提升,這有別于技術(shù)。(3)“多球加游戲”訓練模式對改善、提高少兒身體素質(zhì)具有積極作用。通過訓練,少兒的速度、耐力、靈敏三項身體素質(zhì),有較為顯著性的提高,其中實驗后男生的速度素質(zhì)相對于女生而言提高的更為顯著;同時柔韌、靈敏也得到了一定程度的提高,但相對緩慢一些。
[Abstract]:At present, tennis is becoming more and more popular in China. The number of children trained in amateur tennis is increasing year by year. With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of people's cognition of tennis theory and practice, More and more attention has been paid to the basic training of tennis. The traditional old training methods have been unfavorable to the development and promotion of children's tennis. Therefore, the purpose of combining multi-ball training with sports games into children's amateur tennis basic training is to explore the "multi-ball plus game" training mode, in children's amateur tennis basic training, For children to better grasp tennis skills, improve physical fitness and tennis learning interest, learning attitude effect, thereby improving training efficiency, science, reasonable promotion of children's overall tennis level. In this paper, the research object and the experimental contents are determined by the method of literature, the method of expert interview, the method of questionnaire investigation and the method of experiment. Methods of mathematical statistics were used to study 40 young students (20 males) in basic tennis training stage in Bowen Middle School of Tianqiao District, Jinan City, who had been trained for 10 to 12 years of age for about one year. Twenty women were trained in "multi-ball plus game" for 16 weeks. The experimental group and the control group were set up to experiment. The results of the study were as follows: 1) after the experiment, the results showed that the experiment lasted for 16 weeks. Using "multi-ball plus game" training mode, children's tennis learning interest and learning attitude, but the traditional training mode, to promote children's tennis learning interest and learning attitude, the effect is not good. (2) the "multi-ball plus game" training mode has a significant effect on children's tennis, backhand and backhand. Although the traditional training mode has a slight increase in children's tennis and backhand, But only thanks to the long time practice, the students' ball sense of batting is improved, which is different from the "multi-ball plus game" training mode, which has a positive effect on improving the children's physical quality. Through training, the speed, endurance and agility of young children have been improved significantly, among which the speed quality of boys has been improved more significantly than that of girls after the experiment; at the same time, they are flexible. Agility has also been improved to a certain extent, but relatively slowly.
