【摘要】：隨著教學(xué)改革的深入,原先的教學(xué)模式已經(jīng)無(wú)法真正的達(dá)到教育的目的,更無(wú)法適應(yīng)時(shí)代的腳步。因此,新課程改革不僅是教育的需要,更是時(shí)代的需要。體育作為促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康的重要課程,在新課改的推動(dòng)下,也應(yīng)該真正的做到實(shí)處,成為一門可以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生興趣、激發(fā)學(xué)生潛能、促進(jìn)學(xué)生健康發(fā)展的課程。茶文化作為中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中最具有影響力的代表之一,若將其精神內(nèi)涵運(yùn)用到體育教學(xué)當(dāng)中,必將為我國(guó)的體育教學(xué)事業(yè)帶來嶄新的生命力。本文就是在這樣的背景下,首先對(duì)傳統(tǒng)茶文化的基本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,其次對(duì)體育教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀做出了具體的闡述,最后對(duì)在新課改下,如何促進(jìn)茶文化體育教學(xué)工作的開展提出了幾點(diǎn)建議,希望對(duì)于我國(guó)的體育教學(xué)工作的開展有一定的啟發(fā)作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the teaching reform, the original teaching mode has been unable to achieve the purpose of education, let alone adapt to the pace of the times. Therefore, the new curriculum reform is not only the need of education, but also the needs of the times. Physical education as an important course to promote students' physical and mental health, under the promotion of the new curriculum reform, should be truly practical, become a course that can cultivate students' interest, stimulate students' potential, and promote students' healthy development. Tea culture as one of the most influential representatives of Chinese traditional culture, if its spiritual connotation is applied to physical education, it will bring new vitality to the cause of physical education in our country. Under this background, this paper firstly introduces the basic contents of traditional tea culture in detail, and then makes a specific exposition on the present situation of physical education teaching. Finally, under the new curriculum reform, Some suggestions on how to promote the teaching of tea culture physical education are put forward in this paper. It is hoped that it will have some enlightening effect on the development of physical education work in our country.
