【摘要】：在2000年悉尼奧運(yùn)會(huì)之后,以陳中、羅微、吳靜鈺為代表的中國(guó)女子跆拳道隊(duì)在世界跆拳道舞臺(tái)上刮起一股中國(guó)旋風(fēng),4屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)共獲得5枚金牌。但我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)這5枚金牌都是大級(jí)別和小級(jí)別中獲得的,隨著中國(guó)跆拳道技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平的發(fā)展,中國(guó)女子跆拳道隊(duì)57KG為代表的中級(jí)別在世界賽場(chǎng)也取得重大突破,我國(guó)選手侯玉琢通過穩(wěn)定的綜合能力連續(xù)蟬聯(lián)丹麥、韓國(guó)兩屆世錦賽冠軍,并在2012年倫敦奧運(yùn)會(huì)上獲得了一枚銀牌,為我國(guó)跆拳道歷史續(xù)寫了新的篇章。目前亞洲女子跆拳道中級(jí)別水平在世界中處于領(lǐng)先,具有代表性。為提升我國(guó)女子跆拳道中級(jí)別技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平,縮小與世界頂級(jí)選手的差距,全面發(fā)展我國(guó)女子跆拳道水平,本文通過錄像分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)仁川亞運(yùn)會(huì)女子57公斤前三名運(yùn)動(dòng)員的半決賽和決賽中技戰(zhàn)術(shù)使用情況進(jìn)行研究,為我國(guó)女子跆拳道訓(xùn)練和比賽提供有價(jià)值的參考,為推進(jìn)我國(guó)女子跆拳道隊(duì)科學(xué)訓(xùn)練提供有價(jià)值的理論依據(jù)。本文通過研究得出的主要結(jié)論如下:1.仁川亞運(yùn)會(huì)跆拳道女子57公斤級(jí)比賽中,橫踢技術(shù)和推踢技術(shù)依然是決定比賽勝負(fù)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。高位技術(shù)的使用次數(shù)較少,成功率也較低。訓(xùn)練中應(yīng)強(qiáng)化組合動(dòng)作訓(xùn)練,做到技術(shù)多變化和技術(shù)擊打點(diǎn)多變,提高運(yùn)動(dòng)員在激烈對(duì)抗中完成技術(shù)動(dòng)作的時(shí)效性和成功率。特別是賽前訓(xùn)練中,突出技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力和戰(zhàn)術(shù)配合的實(shí)效性。2.本次冠亞軍比賽中冠軍主動(dòng)進(jìn)攻意識(shí)及主動(dòng)得分能力強(qiáng)于亞軍,主動(dòng)進(jìn)攻運(yùn)用次數(shù)多于防守反擊的次數(shù),防守反擊戰(zhàn)術(shù)成功率高于主動(dòng)進(jìn)攻戰(zhàn)術(shù)。3.在訓(xùn)練中提倡加大推踢技術(shù)訓(xùn)練和運(yùn)用推踢戰(zhàn)術(shù)打法訓(xùn)練。著重強(qiáng)化高位技術(shù)和高難度技術(shù)的訓(xùn)練,在比賽中使用高位技術(shù)時(shí),應(yīng)該更加利用比賽對(duì)手的特點(diǎn),針對(duì)性的使用高位技術(shù)進(jìn)行得分。要加大高位技術(shù)的使用率,提高得分實(shí)效性。提高步伐的快速移動(dòng)能力和各種方向,同時(shí)鞏固加強(qiáng)主動(dòng)防守訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:After the 2000 Sydney Olympics, the Chinese women's taekwondo team, represented by Chen Zhong, Luo Wei and Wu Jingyu, won five gold medals at the World Taekwondo Games. However, we can find that all the five gold medals were won in large and small levels. With the development of the technical and tactical level of Chinese taekwondo, the intermediate level represented by the Chinese women's taekwondo team 57KG has also made a major breakthrough in the world arena. Hou Yuzhuo of China has won a silver medal in the 2012 London Olympic Games, winning a new chapter in the history of Taekwondo in China. At present, Asian women taekwondo level in the world in the leading, representative. In order to improve the technical and tactical level of Chinese women taekwondo, to narrow the gap with the top players in the world, and to develop the level of Chinese women taekwondo in an all-round way, This paper studies the use of techniques and tactics in semifinals and finals of the top three women's athletes in the Incheon Asian Games by means of video analysis and mathematical statistics, which provides a valuable reference for the training and competition of Chinese women taekwondo. To promote the scientific training of Chinese women taekwondo team to provide a valuable theoretical basis. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. In the 57 kg taekwondo women's competition in the Incheon Asian Games, cross kick and push kick are still the key techniques to decide the result of the competition. The use of high-level technology is less, the success rate is also low. In the course of training, we should strengthen the training of combined action, make the technique change and strike point changeful, and improve the timeliness and success rate of completing the technical action in the fierce confrontation. Especially in the pre-match training, the technical application ability and the actual effect of tactical cooperation. 2. The champion's active attack consciousness and scoring ability were stronger than those of the runner-up, the number of active attack was more than that of defensive counter-attack, and the success rate of defensive counter-attack tactics was higher than that of active offensive tactics .3. In the course of training, we should strengthen the training of pushing and kicking techniques and use the tactics of pushing and kicking. The emphasis is on strengthening the training of high position technology and high difficulty technique. When using high position technique in competition, we should make more use of the characteristics of match opponent and use high position technique to score. To increase the use of high-level technology, improve the effectiveness of scores. Improve the pace of rapid movement ability and various directions, while consolidating and strengthening active defensive training.
