淺析茶葉中礦物質對游泳過程中人體機能的影響

【摘要】:在里約奧運會,游泳是引起人們關注較多的比賽項目之一,其中我國游泳隊的參賽者孫楊、寧澤濤一直是人們密切關注的對象,另外,還有"洪荒少女"傅園慧。人們通過游泳,既能放松身體、保持心情愉悅,還能使機體能夠得到很好的恢復和加強,體內各項指標均逐漸趨于健康水平,且男女老少皆宜。游泳不僅是大型體育賽事的必選項目,還是人們日常生活中最喜愛的運動之一;诖,本文闡述了游泳過程中人體生理及機能產(chǎn)生的變化,從茶葉礦物質的角度,分析了茶葉中的礦物組成對人體機能恢復和增強,以期實現(xiàn)茶葉在游泳運動領域的拓展應用。
[Abstract]:In the Rio Olympic Games, swimming is one of the most important events that people pay attention to. Through swimming, people can relax their bodies, keep their mood pleasurable, and make the body get good recovery and recovery. In addition, every index in the body is becoming healthier and more healthy. Swimming is not only a required item for large sports events, but also one of the most popular sports in people's daily life. Based on this, this paper expounds the changes of human physiology and function during the swimming process, and analyses the tea from the angle of tea mineral. The mineral composition will restore and enhance the function of human body in order to expand the application of tea in the field of swimming.
