【摘要】：在全國大力發(fā)展陽光體育運動的背景下,對當前貴州省本科高校運動會的現(xiàn)狀進行分析和研究,并探究其發(fā)展對策,主要的目的是為了貴州省本科高校運動會的健康、以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供相應的理論依據(jù)。自從2006年底在全國范圍內全面啟動“全國億萬學生陽光體育運動”以來,在某些程度上還是提高了當代大學生參加體育鍛煉的積極性,也為終身體育打下了堅實可靠的基礎。但是根據(jù)每年的大學生體質健康測試數(shù)據(jù)來看,大學生的體質健康呈逐年下降的趨勢,這一點是不爭的事實。要怎樣才能持續(xù)深入的推進陽光體育的開展,扭轉當前大學生體質健康不斷下滑的這一問題,已經(jīng)變得很棘手。高校運動會本身是對體育教學的一個重要衡量環(huán)節(jié),這一環(huán)節(jié)緊扣著學校的長遠發(fā)展,而高校運動會應該充分加強學生身體素質的體能發(fā)展,為學生今后的終身體育打下堅實的基礎,同時并注重培養(yǎng)學生的體育創(chuàng)新精神、奮力拼搏的精神以及團結協(xié)作的精神。本論文從陽光體育視域下以貴州省的本科高校為研究對象,運用文獻資料法、問卷調查法、訪談法、實地考察法、系統(tǒng)分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法。通過對貴州省本科高校陽光體育運動開展情況以及貴州省本科高校運動會開展的現(xiàn)狀進行調查與分析,針對貴州省本科高校運動會的改革方向進行調查與分析,為貴州省本科高校的體育改革提供意見與建議。研究結果表明:從對貴州省的這9所高校調查來看,(1)部分高校做得還是比較好,敢于打破陳規(guī),大膽的改革與創(chuàng)新,打造出一個符合自己學校的運動會。(2)從一些學校的運動會來看,學校的領導重視程度不夠,對“陽光體育”這一運動不是很了解,開展的陽光體育運動不是很明確;(3)各大高校對陽光體育運動的宣傳力度不夠,大部分的師生獲取陽光體育運動的知識渠道都是通過網(wǎng)絡媒體;(4)學校運動會的項目大多數(shù)都是以田徑項目為主,缺乏一些帶有趣味性的運動項目,這導致很多學生的參與度不高;(5)大部分的高校都是一塊大型田徑運動場,從一定程度上是不能滿足學生需要的;(6)各大高校都比較注重運動會的開頭與結尾,忽視了整個運動會的開展過程。根據(jù)以上分析,提出如下對策:培養(yǎng)學校開展陽光體育的運動意識,樹立一種“終身體育,快樂體育”的思想,學校運動會應該著眼于體育運動的普及,促進學校的體育發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)學生的終身體育意識;加強各大高校領導的重視程度;有效的解決獲取陽光體育知識渠道的這一個問題,把陽光體育運動開展得更明確、更具體、更符合當代的大學生;在運動會的項目上多增加一些難度較低且趣味性較濃厚的比賽項目,激發(fā)師生的參與性;可以根據(jù)當?shù)氐膶嶋H情況如實的向有關部門反映本校的場地、設施情況,獲取相應的資金建造更多的場地來滿足學生體育鍛煉需求。
[Abstract]:Under the background of vigorously developing sunshine sports in the whole country, this paper analyzes and studies the present situation of the undergraduate university sports meeting in Guizhou Province, and probes into its development countermeasures, the main purpose of which is to promote the health of the university sports meeting in Guizhou province. And the sustainable development provides the corresponding theoretical basis. Since the nationwide launch of "National Sunshine Sports for billions of students" at the end of 2006, it has to some extent increased the enthusiasm of contemporary college students to participate in physical exercise, and has also laid a solid and reliable foundation for lifelong physical education. But it is an indisputable fact that the physical health of college students is declining year by year according to the test data of college students' physique health every year. How to continue to promote the development of sunshine sports, to reverse the current decline in the physical health of college students, has become very difficult. The university sports meeting itself is an important measure of physical education teaching, which is closely related to the long-term development of the school, and the university sports meet should fully strengthen the physical development of students' physical quality. It will lay a solid foundation for the students' lifelong physical education, and at the same time, pay attention to the cultivation of the students' spirit of sports innovation, the spirit of hard work and the spirit of unity and cooperation. From the perspective of sunshine sports, this paper takes the undergraduate colleges and universities in Guizhou Province as the research object, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, field investigation, system analysis, mathematical statistics and so on. Through the investigation and analysis on the development of sunshine sports in undergraduate colleges and universities in Guizhou Province and the present situation of the university sports meeting in Guizhou Province, the author makes an investigation and analysis on the reform direction of the university sports meeting in Guizhou Province. To provide advice and suggestions for the reform of undergraduate colleges and universities in Guizhou Province. The results show that: from the survey of these 9 universities in Guizhou Province, some universities are still doing better, daring to break the stereotypes and bold reforms and innovations. To create a sports meeting in line with one's own school. (2) from the point of view of some school sports meetings, the school leaders did not attach enough importance to it, and they did not know very well about the "sunshine sports" movement. The sunshine sports carried out are not very clear. 3) the propaganda efforts of the major colleges and universities on sunshine sports are not enough. Most of the students and teachers' access to knowledge of sunshine sports is through the network media. Most of the school sports events are mainly track and field events, lacking some interesting sports. This led to the low level of participation of many students. (5) most colleges and universities are a large track and field sports ground, and to a certain extent they cannot meet the needs of their students.) each major university pays more attention to the beginning and the end of the sports meeting. Neglected the whole sports meeting development process. According to the above analysis, the following countermeasures are put forward: to cultivate the sports consciousness of the school to carry out sunshine sports, to establish a kind of thought of "lifelong sports, happy sports", and the school sports meeting should focus on the popularization of sports and promote the development of school sports. To cultivate students' lifelong sports consciousness, to strengthen the attention of leaders in universities and colleges, to effectively solve the problem of obtaining knowledge channels of sunshine sports, and to develop sunshine sports more clearly, more concretely and more in line with contemporary college students; In the event of the sports meeting, we can add more less difficult and more interesting competition items to stimulate the participation of teachers and students; we can truthfully reflect the site and facilities of our school to the relevant departments according to the actual local conditions. Get the corresponding funds to build more venues to meet the students' physical training needs.
