體育選項課對大學生體質(zhì)健康測試成績的影響研究

【摘要】:學生的體質(zhì)健康問題是社會共同關心的熱點之一,研究表明中國大學生的體質(zhì)健康是當前教育中存在的主要問題。當前教育理念中,學校重文化輕體育,忽視學生課內(nèi)外的體育鍛煉,因此,學生的身體健康狀況在嚴重下降。每年開學各高校會對學生進行體質(zhì)健康的測試。進入高校后,學校開設體育選項課,學生自主選擇課程,通過體育選項課來激發(fā)對體育的興趣,提高身體素質(zhì)。本研究以江蘇經(jīng)貿(mào)學院2015級工商管理專業(yè)的學生調(diào)查對象。對開設的選項課對學生體質(zhì)測試成績的影響研究。通過實驗測試法測出一個學年后體育選項課學生體質(zhì)測試成績,測出成績與體育選項課前的體質(zhì)測試成績進行對比分析,找出產(chǎn)生測試成績的差異和原因,并對其進行分析。本研究采用實驗測試法對江蘇經(jīng)貿(mào)學院學生體育選項課前后的體質(zhì)健康測試成績進行對比分析,同過研究得出以下結論:1經(jīng)過一個學年的體育選項課鍛煉,基本上所有選項課對提高學生體質(zhì)健康都有幫助,但是不同的體育選項課對大學生的體質(zhì)健康測試成績的影響不同。2所有選項課對男女大學生的身高沒有影響,排球選項課在降低男生體重的作用上效果顯著。3籃球、足球、羽毛球、網(wǎng)球在提高學生速度素質(zhì)方面效果較為明顯;籃球、足球選項課可以增強男大學生的下肢力量和爆發(fā)力;羽毛球和網(wǎng)球選項課對女學生的反應和靈敏素質(zhì)提高比較明顯;排球、羽毛球、散打選項課對男女大學生的柔韌素質(zhì)改善較為明顯;籃球、排球、羽毛球在改善女生的上肢力量、腰腹力量、以及背部力量較為明顯;4在耐力素質(zhì)方面,籃球、足球、橄欖球、散打在改善男大學生的心肺耐力功能上效果比較明顯。女生羽毛球選項課的心肺耐力功能退步比較明顯。5所有的選項課對大學生的肺活量指標都有促進作用,其中足球項目對男大學生的肺活量指標改善最為明顯。6男生所測得的課時生理負荷量大于女生,男生組運動負荷均為中等和大強度,女生均為中等強度。
[Abstract]:The problem of students' physical health is one of the hot issues of common concern in the society. The study shows that the physical health of Chinese college students is the main problem in current education. In the current educational concept, the school pays more attention to culture than physical education, neglecting students' physical exercise in and out of class, therefore, the health of students is declining seriously. Every year, colleges and universities test students' physical health. After entering colleges and universities, the school sets up the optional course of physical education, the students choose the course independently, through the optional course of physical education to stimulate the interest of the sports, improve the physical quality. This study investigated the students of Business Administration of Jiangsu Economic and Trade Institute of 2015. The study on the effect of the optional course on the students' physique test results. The physical fitness test scores of students in physical education elective courses after a school year were measured by the experimental test method. The results were compared with the physical test scores before the physical education option class, and the differences and causes of the test results were found out, and the analysis was carried out. This research uses the experimental test method to carry on the comparative analysis to the physical health test result of the students of Jiangsu Economic and Trade College before and after the physical education option class, and draws the following conclusion: 1: 1 through the physical education optional class exercise of one school year, Almost all the elective classes are helpful to improve the students' physical health, but different physical education courses have different effects on college students' physical health test scores. 2. All the elective classes have no effect on the height of male and female college students. The effect of volleyball elective courses on reducing the weight of male students is remarkable. 3. Basketball, football, badminton and tennis can improve the students' speed and quality, basketball and football courses can enhance the lower limb strength and explosive power of male college students. Badminton and tennis elective courses to improve female students' reaction and sensitive quality is more obvious; volleyball, badminton, Sanda elective courses to improve the flexibility of male and female college students is more obvious; Basketball, volleyball, Badminton can improve female students' upper limb strength, waist and abdomen strength, and back strength obviously in terms of endurance quality, basketball, football, and Sanda in improving the cardiopulmonary endurance function of male college students. The regression of Cardiopulmonary Endurance function in female Badminton elective Class is obvious. 5. All the elective classes can promote the vital capacity index of college students. The improvement of vital capacity index of male college students in football is the most obvious .6 the physiological load measured by male students is larger than that of female students. The exercise load of boys group is medium and high intensity, and that of girls is medium intensity.
