對(duì)山東省普通高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員實(shí)施激勵(lì)機(jī)制的研究

【摘要】:目的:為提高山東省普通高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練積極性、訓(xùn)練質(zhì)量及效率,增強(qiáng)訓(xùn)練動(dòng)機(jī),結(jié)合激勵(lì)理論及各山東省高水平籃球隊(duì)伍目前的激勵(lì)狀況,從運(yùn)動(dòng)員的自身需求出發(fā),采取相對(duì)應(yīng)的策略和激勵(lì)手段,制定一套系統(tǒng)、完善的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,并對(duì)山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)男子籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行實(shí)施,進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)機(jī)及訓(xùn)練狀態(tài)量表測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證激勵(lì)機(jī)制對(duì)其產(chǎn)生哪些積極影響,對(duì)激勵(lì)效果進(jìn)行反饋。方法:本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料、實(shí)驗(yàn)、問卷調(diào)查和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,以山東省普通高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)山東省普通高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員實(shí)施激勵(lì)機(jī)制的研究,分析問卷及量表,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。結(jié)果:激勵(lì)機(jī)制的實(shí)施有助于提高山東省普通高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)機(jī)和訓(xùn)練狀態(tài),同時(shí)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員情緒應(yīng)激、心理疲勞、自我調(diào)節(jié)和自我效能狀態(tài)的提高具有積極作用,對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員心理耗竭和感覺良好狀態(tài)的改善無明顯作用。結(jié)論:1.山東省普通高校對(duì)高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)激勵(lì)機(jī)制的建立不夠系統(tǒng)和完善,隊(duì)伍缺乏一套行之有效的激勵(lì)機(jī)制。2.山東省普通高校對(duì)高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員激勵(lì)手段過于單一,激勵(lì)方式多為訓(xùn)練費(fèi)等簡(jiǎn)單的物質(zhì)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)及榮譽(yù)激勵(lì),較為缺乏政策激勵(lì)及環(huán)境激勵(lì),對(duì)精神激勵(lì)沒有引起足夠的重視;激勵(lì)的實(shí)施沒有做到從隊(duì)員自身的實(shí)際需求出發(fā);隊(duì)伍中缺乏制度保障。3.采用實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)施的激勵(lì)機(jī)制進(jìn)行隊(duì)伍訓(xùn)練及管理,對(duì)提高山東省普通高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)機(jī)而言優(yōu)于對(duì)照組采用的傳統(tǒng)激勵(lì)措施產(chǎn)生的效果。4.采用實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)施的激勵(lì)機(jī)制進(jìn)行隊(duì)伍訓(xùn)練及管理,對(duì)提高山東省普通高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練狀態(tài)而言優(yōu)于對(duì)照組采用的傳統(tǒng)激勵(lì)措施產(chǎn)生的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: in order to improve the training enthusiasm, training quality and efficiency of high-level basketball players in colleges and universities in Shandong Province, and to enhance the motivation of training, combined with the incentive theory and the current situation of the high-level basketball teams in Shandong Province, According to the demand of the athletes, the corresponding strategies and means are adopted, a set of system and perfect incentive mechanism are formulated, and the men's basketball players of Shandong Agricultural University are carried out, and the sports motivation and training state scale are tested. Verify the positive effect of incentive mechanism and feedback on incentive effect. Methods: by using the methods of literature, experiment, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the incentive mechanism of high level basketball team in Shandong Province was taken as the research object. Through the research on the incentive mechanism of high level basketball players in colleges and universities in Shandong Province, the questionnaire and the scale are analyzed, and the relevant conclusions are drawn. Results: the implementation of the incentive mechanism is helpful to improve the sports motivation and training state of the high-level basketball players in Shandong Province, and at the same time, to the emotional stress and psychological fatigue of the athletes. The improvement of self-regulation and self-efficacy has a positive effect, but has no obvious effect on the improvement of athletes' psychological exhaustion and feeling good state. Conclusion 1. The establishment of incentive mechanism for high-level basketball team in Shandong Province is not systematic and perfect, and the team lacks a set of effective incentive mechanism. The incentive means of high level basketball players in Shandong Province are too single, the incentive way is simple material reward and honor incentive, such as training fee, lack of policy incentive and environment incentive, and do not attract enough attention to spiritual incentive. The implementation of incentives did not do from the actual needs of the players themselves; lack of institutional protection in the team. 3. Using the incentive mechanism implemented by the experimental group to train and manage the team is better than the traditional incentive measures used in the control group to improve the sports motivation of high-level basketball players in Shandong Province. To improve the training status of high-level basketball players in colleges and universities in Shandong Province, the incentive mechanism implemented by the experimental group is better than the traditional incentive measures adopted in the control group.
