(2017-2020)周期競技健美操規(guī)則變化及對成套動作創(chuàng)編的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著競技健美操技術(shù)水平的發(fā)展,競賽規(guī)則也以每4年一個周期不斷地變化。本文采用文獻資料、對比分析、邏輯分析、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等研究方法對(2017-2020)新周期競賽規(guī)則進行梳理分析,以期發(fā)現(xiàn)新規(guī)則下競技健美操成套動作創(chuàng)編的有效應(yīng)對策略,最終為新周期內(nèi)的成套動作創(chuàng)編提供理論參考。研究表明:(1)(2017-2020)周期新規(guī)則較前幾周期規(guī)則而言,主要變化有:有氧舞蹈和有氧踏板競賽規(guī)則發(fā)生了顯著的變化;所有項目成套動作的時間都縮短為1′20″±5″;所有項目成套動作中的難度動作必須選自于規(guī)則難度表中的任意三個組別,每個組別至少一個,混雙、三人操和集體五人操難度動作數(shù)量減少為9個,重新調(diào)整了難度動作根命名,較少了81個0.1-0.7分的低分值難度動作,增加了28個0.8-1.0分的高分值難度動作;允許2到3個不同根命組的難度動作組合,允許1個或多于1個難度動作與技巧動作的組合,且所有難度動作都達到最低完成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時,可獲得0.1或0.2的連接分;集體性項目中的托舉動作由原來的2次減少為1次,藝術(shù)評分重新調(diào)整為10個評分點,但涵蓋內(nèi)容有所增加。(2)在有氧舞蹈方面,(2017-2020)周期規(guī)則重新規(guī)定運動員必須要以舞蹈的形式完成健美操的成套動作且動作中必須包括4-8個八拍的街舞動作作為第二種風(fēng)格元素,成套動作中允許使用難度或技巧動作,但不賦予分值;在有氧踏板方面,(2017-2020)周期新規(guī)則改變了上一周期的成套動作可以使用難度表中的難度動作,且必須出現(xiàn)一次托舉動作,而重新規(guī)定為在有氧踏板的成套動作中不準(zhǔn)許出現(xiàn)任何難度或技巧動作,可以有一次托舉動作的展示,但沒有分值。(3)成套動作時間縮短,操化動作數(shù)量也隨之減少,首先,要想充分的突出主體風(fēng)格,就要緊扣音樂主題;其次,成套動作的運動強度增加,要精簡動作素材,合理分配成套動作內(nèi)容。(4)縮小了難度動作的選擇范圍,減少了集體項目成套動作的難度數(shù)量,重新調(diào)整了難度動作根命名,減少了81個低分值難度動作,增加了28個高分值難度動作,愈發(fā)突出競技健美操的個性化特點,擴大了運動員對高分值難度動作的選擇空間,同時也對運動員的身體素質(zhì)、技能水平以及心理素質(zhì)提高了要求。(5)新規(guī)則允許2到3個不同根命組的難度動作組合,允許1個或多于1個難度動作與技巧動作的組合,且所有難度動作都達到最低完成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時,可獲得0.1或0.2的連接分。為運動員獲得更多的連接分創(chuàng)造了有利條件,提高了成套動作的觀賞性和競技性,與此同時也對運動員自身的競技能力提出了更高的要求。(6)藝術(shù)評分重新調(diào)整為10個評分點,集體性項目中的托舉動作由原來的2次減少為1次,且為動力性、站立式托舉。教練員和運動員在進行創(chuàng)編過程中,要力爭每一個細(xì)節(jié)的完美,以求最大限度的表現(xiàn)成套動作的藝術(shù)水準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of competitive aerobics technology, competition rules change every four years. In this paper, by using the methods of literature, comparative analysis, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the author combs and analyzes the competition rules of the new cycle (2017-2020), in order to find out the effective coping strategies for the creation of competitive aerobics' complete sets of movements under the new rules. Finally, it provides a theoretical reference for the complete set of motion creation in the new cycle. The results show that the main changes of the new cycle rules are as follows: the aerobic dance and the aerobic pedal competition rules have changed significantly, and the time of the complete set of exercises in all events has been shortened to 1 20 "鹵5", and the main changes of the new cycle rules are as follows: (1) in the first few cycles, the main changes are: aerobic dance and aerobic pedal competition rules have changed significantly; The difficulty actions in all event sets must be selected from any of the three groups in the regular difficulty table, with at least one in each group, and the number of difficulty movements in mixed doubles, three-person exercises and collective five-person exercises has been reduced to nine. The re-regulation is that no difficulty or skill movement is allowed in the aerobic pedal set, but there can be a display of the lifting action, but there is no score. 3) the complete set action time is shortened, and the number of exercises is reduced. First of all, In order to fully highlight the main body style, we should stick to the theme of music; secondly, the intensity of the movement of the complete set of movements is increased, the material of the action should be streamlined, and the content of the complete set of movements. 4) has narrowed down the scope of choice of the difficult movements. It reduces the number of difficulty of collective events, readjusts the naming of difficulty movement root, reduces 81 low score difficulty movements, increases 28 high score difficulty movements, and highlights the individualized characteristics of competitive aerobics. At the same time, the new rules allow 2 to 3 different groups of difficult movements to be combined with physical quality, skill level and psychological quality.
